QD Store Bedford - Exemplary service
QD Store Bedford went out of there way to help me and the customer service provided by Jodie was second to none. Staff in other high street storess always just say sorry everything we have is already out but Jodie did a stock check, rang me back to confirm they still had 1 left and she did all this whilst remaining super helpful and super friendly.

Purchased a tv cabinet 17th May
Purchased a tv cabinet 17th May - when unpacked proved to have a broken leg.
Contacted customer service and also sent a email with attached photo of damage.
Heard absolutely nothing.
Received damage goods but still no refund! …
Received damage goods from online order delivery. Sent in photos as proof and two weeks later still waiting for a refund to be processed. Received no updates at all. Very poor service, would not recommend at all.
Missing parts
Pre ordered a croft gazebo with retractable roof. On arrival the box was torn and battered so had a quick look but didn't want to unpack it all as we had the recent heavy rain for days. First good day we put it up quite easily but were dismayed to find the support rods for the canopy missing. We now have a metal thing in our back garden resembling a mini warehouse frame. Have emailed customer services many times to no avail ....just an automated reply telling me how busy they are so I don't even have a time frame for how long to get the missing parts. USELESS
QD Reward card scam?
Tried to register QD Reward card in order to get 10% voucher to use on furniture. Registered online, sent me an email, I then pressed to confirm, it now says problem with my email address (despite successfully sending me an email). I can access my account using the email address but no 10% off voucher. Seems like a scam and they wont be getting the £500+ order for furniture.

I ordered some very large plastic crates for moving but was concerned that they wouldn’t arrive in time for me to pack. I emailed QD stores and although I only received an automated reply, the boxes were delivered early, well packaged and by a lovely guy from DPD. Brilliant service. Thank you.
first time shopper with Q D stores
I used QC stores for the first time to order 4 bottles of washing detergent on May 10th 2021, with my wife reading the reviews on this company, after i had placed my order, i thought i had made a big mistake, NOT SO, probably one of the best online company's i have ever used. Great communication from the outset, prompt delivery at the time and date stated, product exactly as i ordered, i will definitely use QC stores in the future, well done to all concerned.
Haven't received order
So we ordered garden furniture it meant to arrive on 3rd of May, but nothing so far, can't get in touch with customer service or anyone else. I am running out of options what to do about this, very unhappy customer.

I have been trying to chase up customer support for a few weeks now , I even called in. I had ordered 2 planters got sent only the one. Reading other comments I now feel I have been scammed.
Update: I have now been refunded for the planter after I got a response here. It should not have come to this. Very poor experience will avoid.

Safety data sheet
I purchased some Hi-gloss yacht varnish and required the safety data sheets which the supplier should supply by law. I have twice contacted the customer services of QD and the makers of the varnish but I have had no response.
'By law (see REACH, Chemical classification) suppliers of chemicals must provide an up to date safety data sheet if a substance is dangerous for supply' - extract from HSE website.

Buyer beware!!!
Order a patio furniture set and received a link for tracking. The link was invalid but on the QD website it said up to 72 hours. I've waited that time. The link is still invalid. They won't answer emails, the phone is an automated message and the haven't responded to my tweets. And now the delivery company say they don't have any record of my order - despite the QD discount page saying my order is complete. Left feeling like I've been scammed!

When is a bistro set not a bistro set
Ordered a bistro set was sent a large plastic storage box! Was given a refund same day but by that time the bistro set I wanted had sold out. Seem to be very sloppy in their dispatch department.

Colour Incorrect.
Purchased a charcoal grey gazebo ( as advertised ) but when it arrived the colour was matt black, not a hint of any other colour. Subsequently sent pictures to the customer care team who have stated that they don't sell black. Although they offered to pick up due to delays in getting back to us we had to live with it.

DON’T USE this retailer
DON’T USE this retailer. The goods I ordered have not been delivered 2 weeks after the date they were due. QD have blamed ParcelForce for not collecting but they have told me that QD have still only advised them they will be receiving it. Every time I call QD they disconnect me before I can get through to an agent, I’ve asked for a refund but they don’t respond. This was a birthday gift which is now too late but fear I have lost the £80.00 paid.

Delivery never arrived
Delivery never arrived, wasnt even handed to the courier. Its a scam site - thats why its so cheap. Save yourself some hassle and go to a reputable place. It was a birthday gift for my wife, so yeah, no gift for her this year. Thanks Quality Discounts!

I have purchased two bamboo plants…
I have purchased two bamboo plants from Qualiy Discount store which was delivered in a terrible condition. The plants looked dead, leaves have gone yellow and dry.
The plants didn't reflect on the picture I have seen on the website. Each 5ml pot containing of two to three bamboo stems costing £29.99 each in total £65 including delivery. I am extremely disappointed with the purchase.
I had to order further bamboo plant from Palm centre in Richmond. It was delivered within 3 days after placing the order and was delivered by person. The plant came in 10 ml pot,great condition, with plenty healthy leafs costing only 29.99. I would highly recommend the Palm Centre in Richmond.
