I don’t think I’ve been more disappointed with a product and after care than I have with Qettle. Upon recommendation of our kitchen supplier we opted for a Qettle hot water tap which has been installed just shy of a year. During that time we’ve received 3 replacement tanks, and today I’m awaiting delivery of our 4th!! Today’s delivery will be the third tank they’ve supplied in almost as many weeks. There is clearly an issue with this brand which they have yet to resolve where the tank causes the electrics to trip. We’ve had the electrics tested, and to further confirm this, plugged the tank into an alternative power supply which also tripped. Whilst Qettle are quick to offer a replacement, there is little in the way of an explanation, or an apology, not even a free filter thrown in for the inconvenience. So,
whilst I await installation of the 4th tank, it’s back to my trusted 8 year old kettle purchased for £20 which has failed to let me down yet!

I got the square, copper Qettle tap and it’s sooooo good! I knew 100% I wanted one but quookers were so expensive. I got a Harvey’s water filter, ordered the two myself (as they didn’t sell this one) but they installed it for me which was fantastic too. I’m so glad I got the Qettle it works fab, I’ve used it a month now and could never go back. It feels like such a chore when I’m somewhere else and have to use a kettle now.

It does splutter out everywhere with lots of noise, occasionally not all the time, is this normal!?

Great product delivered on time, easy to use

A Friendly & helpful sales team, not pushy at all. I did find the choice of taps a but confusing but they helped easily when I explained. Our Qettle was delivered fairly quickly once we were ready.
It wasn’t as easy to install as we were led to believe however, so we ended up booking one of their installers to put it in for us.
This was arranged for a couple of weeks after we had the Qettle, and all was fine except since then there has been a small leak. The fitting company are in the process of sorting it out but it is taking some time.
We are happy with the tap itself, it’s very easy to use and looks great. The boiling water section of the tap is good, just splashes a tiny bit so be aware if you have bare arms. But nothing major and I suspect you get this with most boiling water taps. Once the leak is sorted out, we’ll be super happy with the tap, the device from Qettle, and the price, which was reasonable compared to others.

Was skeptical, but it really does what it says. Was only installed yesterday, but I'm very impressed.

I have recently had the Qettle system installed and it is fantastic. I am enjoying having boiling hot water all the time! And also filtered water.
Just that it took a few weeks after I received the Qetlle till it was installed.
Also, they expected installation of an electric socket under the kitchen sync, which required an electrician's work.
Finally, my kitchen sync seems to be too thin and slightly weak to bear the opening and closure force of the new Qettle tap, after this was installed. I suggest to have this in mind as well.

I love the fact that the tap is boiling, hot, cold and filtered water but on the boiling temperature it sputters violently and is very dangerous. An engineer came out and replaced the tank really quickly and it is working like a dream now

The delivery was quick and the packaging was robust and appropriate.

The installation was easy (I needed to modify some plumbing but that was due to the age of our property) and the instructions were clear.

Since it has been installed, we're now wondering why we didn't get one sooner!

Absolutely over the moon with my new Qettle tap. Makes tea, coffee & dinner prep so much easier. Brilliant quality & such a fantastic, knowledgeable gang to deal with.

It’s a nice looking thing and appears well made. I didn’t read anywhere that the two litre tank only produces well less than half of that as instant boiling water. So, it is only any good for two people which, luckily, is all it usually has to serve for us. So, overall a bit disappointed.

Its spits and there is a horrible scum left when making tea. Would not recommend.

Easy to use, and gives me filtered hot and cold water.

The tap is very spluttery on high settings, to the point my wife will not use it due to regularly getting splashed/scolded. It's far worse than the videos on the internet show and we've tried bleeding air etc. We've had to turn it quite far down for it to be usable.

We have a 4lt qettle unit and have recently upgraded to the new version 2 model. This is a phenomenal upgrade from a what was a good product to an excellent one. Having dealt with a couple of issues over the years the customer service is great. This latest product is truly a an excellent bit of kit.

So pleased with the tap, glad i chose qettle over any other companies. It was solely down to the great reviews online in comparison to others. My friend has a qooker which he has always raved about but i couldn't justify the price tag. I cannot see any difference between the two. I will recommend to everyone going forward!
