Reassuringly Safe

With two-stage safety and an insulated spout, a QETTLE boiling water tap is reassuringly safe. First of all, there’s the red safety clip. When in place, it makes it impossible for boiling water to be dispensed. Highly visual and tactile, it provides peace of mind for children or more vulnerable members of the family. There’s no need to remove the safety clip for filtered drinking water, so the kids can fill up safely and easily.

Secondly, there’s a handle lock. The button on the handle must be pressed down at the same time as the handle is turned clockwise. So even with the safety clip removed, it’s a precise and exacting action to get boiling water.

And of course, unlike a kettle, a QETTLE is fixed in once place, can’t topple over and doesn’t need to be lifted.

How Many Cups?

QETTLE boiling water taps can be teamed with 2, 4 or 7 litre boiler tanks. Making instant hot drinks is just the beginning, so think about how you'll use your tap before you choose its tank size. A 2L tank will give you 4 cups of boiling water in one go, a 4L tank delivers 8 cups and a 7L tank provides 14 cups.

QETTLE Care

As with any appliance, there is a small amount of care required to keep your cuppas tasting great.

Filter cartridges must be replaced every six months (we’ll send you reminders) and once a year you’ll need to deep clean your boiler tank. This is a very quick job you can safely do yourself, all you’ll need is £7.50 for your Kilrock descaler, and 10 minutes to follow our step-by-step video guide at QETTLE.com.

We bought a four in one

E bought a four in one. Easy to install. Supposed to fit in a double but had to install in a single base cabinet due to being a separate sink.
Instructions easy.
Staff helpful when ordering.
Had a missing rubber seal and under sink plate but they delivered within a few days.
Wife and I are happy. Instant tea on tap.

Bought first Qettle in 2021

Bought first Qettle in 2021 - Had several part replaced under warranty which was good. Warranty ran out and had to buy a new tank. All working ok.
One down side is ordering Filters to Ireland. You have to pay £10 for delivery and €16 customs fee. So 30 euros of fees for a 30 euro filter. Bit of pain.

Great product, excellent customer service

I bought a Qettle boiling water tap just over 3 years ago and I love it. Recently had a leaky component after replacing the filter, so rang the company for advice. I cannot fault the customer service - the advisor talked me through exactly how to fit it, and dispatched it promptly. I subsequently needed a new washer seal ring and this, too, arrived as expected. Very satisfied indeed.

Qettle original square spout

Having just refitted our kitchen and a lot of research into our finishing touches, we purchased our tap direct from Qettle from the order confirmation to delivery was seamless and problem free.Item arrived by DPD ON 3rd December and fitted today 18th January 2026 after some delays from the worktop fitters.
I followed the in depth installation instructions and tap was fully fitted and commissioned without a problem.
The tap has a noticeable improvement on quality of the water taste and I’m fussy!
The filter and hot water control takes a little getting used to as going from boiling to stop tends to overrun onto the filter, this could be user error or would be better if the unit stopped you from doing this.
Early days with using it but pleased so far!!

Reviewed others but settled on Qettle

Having looked at the reviews and researched many of the boiling taps on the market I decided to fit a 4 in 1 from Qettle. Product arrived on time and well packaged. I fitted it exactly as per the excellent manual an encountered no problems. At first it did not appear to be boiling so I emailed the company who suggested a quick reset of the temperature on the tank. Result boiling water which has remained consistent with no issues. I love my drinks really hot so I let the tap run on boil setting just for a few seconds before adding water to the tea or coffee. Overall I am really pleased with the product and the service from Qettle. I would recommend the product to others.

Not as hot as a regular kettle

*UPDATE, YES THIS (OUCH) IS AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!! I CAME HOME FROM WORK THIS EVENING,
, had QETTLE 4-1 installed by a professional, but the hot water that hits the cup isn't as hot as the Kettle water, I've got a thermometer that reads 90°from the QETTLE tap and 96° from a regular Kettle.

QETTLE suggested a reset of the boiler which I've done, its just not piping hot.

I previously had a cheaper one thst boiled to 98° and that felt hotter in the mug.

Wish I'd bought the Qooker tap first as last, feels like an expensive mistake buying this tap.

Oh I did drop them a Email 3 days ago, they responded once but no follow-up email. So poor communication.

(Back to making brews out of the Kettle) save up for Qooker, guys trust me

Poor after sales service

Poor after sales service. Emailed last Wednesday 7th January and apart from the automated "we will be in touch within 24-48 hours" reply, have not heard from anyone 96 hours later, despite me sending a couple of reminders.
Qettle Tap has leaked again (for the 4th time) and Qettle's own optional Leak Detector & auto shut off DID NOT work. Had to resort to buying a normal kettle for the time being as filter just gushes water out.

Qettle 4 in 1 hot water tap

We had an online demonstration with a representative of qettle who answered all our questions and concerns. We sent the photographs and dimensions to make sure the tank would fit, and the water pressure was adequate. We booked a qettle plumber which was an excellent decision, because he knew exactly how everything went together and did the whole job in about two hours. We are extremely satisfied with the qettle hot water tap and the service provided. We bought the 4 in 1 tap. It is very good quality, and the 4 litre tank more than adequate for our needs. It was also great to support a British Company.

Thrilled with our new Qettle Tap

We’re thrilled with our new Qettle Tap, we’ve opted for a boiling water tap and a chilled water tap. The boiler and chiller units fit under the sink and our plumber said it was easy to install - he had it working on no time. I can confirm that it makes a lovely cup of tea and a lovely glass of chilled cordial too - keeps everyone happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a Qettle tap.

Qettle tap

It was delivered on time.
We had one in our previous house and decided we needed it in our new house to save time filling up a kettle.
It is slightly different to our old one and we find that it is not so positive when turning off. Apart from that it's fine

Great tap, need more fitters

Great tap, does everything I expected it to and it looks great. Only disappointment with the service is the lack of fitters available, having had to source my own. Doesn’t sound like a big issue, but it would be easier if everything was sorted at point of sale, and Quettle had their own specialist installers.
