BUY QETTLE ORIGINALWith two-stage safety and an insulated spout, a QETTLE boiling water tap is reassuringly safe. First of all, there’s the red safety clip. When in place, it makes it impossible for boiling water to be dispensed. Highly visual and tactile, it provides peace of mind for children or more vulnerable members of the family. There’s no need to remove the safety clip for filtered drinking water, so the kids can fill up safely and easily.
Secondly, there’s a handle lock. The button on the handle must be pressed down at the same time as the handle is turned clockwise. So even with the safety clip removed, it’s a precise and exacting action to get boiling water.
And of course, unlike a kettle, a QETTLE is fixed in once place, can’t topple over and doesn’t need to be lifted.
QETTLE boiling water taps can be teamed with 2, 4 or 7 litre boiler tanks. Making instant hot drinks is just the beginning, so think about how you'll use your tap before you choose its tank size. A 2L tank will give you 4 cups of boiling water in one go, a 4L tank delivers 8 cups and a 7L tank provides 14 cups.

I found the Qettle fairly easy to install, particularly with the help of the video sent to me. Once installed it has been brilliant and we wouldn't do without it.
The tap I ordered came wrong I phoned up and you were first class the correct tap came the next day. Totally happy
Middle of the road sort of experience.
Delivery was quite quick and painless. Only doubts I have at the minute is that the product doesn't feel particularly well constructed. Spout is a bit wobbly and the hot water is hot ish but the insinkerator we had before gave us hotter water. I'm fairly certain I'll have to call on the guarantee at the minute just because of the quality of the item

Arrived on promised date. Plumber had no problem fitting the Qettle and boiling water as advertised. Having used a proboil in the past this is definitely better so far, flow faster and water hotter!

Don't buy this product! Ours stopped working after 4 months and they are refusing to book an engineer to repair it. They have asked us to buy cleaning fluids, batteries and a new filter to 'fix' the issue, and after agreeing to send an engineer out have decided they will now only do so if we send detailed photos of the system. Every time we do what they ask, they come up with a new excuse. The manager was 'out for lunch' at 11.30am so could not speak to me on the phone. Still no engineer booked, no closer to fixing the issue nearly 4 weeks after the tap stopped working and the customer service has been slow and evasive at best.
* edited to say, if the company had asked for photos from the beginning that’s one thing, but they only asked 4 weeks in after making us buy items needed to fix the machine as I said above (which didn’t work). Additionally, if the photos show faulty installation.. that’s still Quettle’s fault and would necessitate an engineer to come and fix it. I’m not a plumber and am not willing to risk invalidating the guarantee to fix it myself. There is no excuse for their reply or their poor customer service. It’s just bad and copping an attitude with their customers is not acceptable.
*further edited to say, I provided my details as requested, and now - silence. The engineer still has not called us to book a time..

It would have been 5 stars.
However, when it was installed two days ago, one of the fibre washers was missing.
Called customer services and item posted by Royal Mail 24 hrs delivery.
So it’s installed, but waiting for plumber to return to install washer and turn on the boiler.
Tap looks excellent and we are looking forward to using its.

We fitted our Qettle’s just over a year ago and we are delighted with it.
In my opinion it really does not cost anything to run ?? I hear you say how, well with our combi boiler if we wanted hot water it had to travel about 12 meters from the boiler to the sink, all that water wasted and then when it came through hot and the tap was turned off 12 meters of pipework full of hot water sitting there wasted.
I can honestly say I think that its running costs pay for them selves. We have had one small problem with the boiler tank, that was sorted by the next day with a replacement under warranty, brilliant product and also brilliant customer service, and it’s BRITISH !

However a friend tried (very hard) to operate the boiling water tap against the safety detent, and managed to break it. (She really must have put some effort into it!)
I got onto Qettle to try and order a replacement bit to fix it. They supplied the tap head free of charge under warranty.
Well done fantastic service!

I dont feel like it comed out at true boiling temperature.
A green/red light system would be better/more visual

Just re fitted our kitchen after extensive works over the last 9 months. Now nearing the journeys end and wanted to treat ourselves to a special item for the kitchen that we have not had before, and Qettle came up trumps. Great service, great product and our kitchen fitter found it very straightforward to fit. We went for the 4 in 1 with a 4 litre tank and I am so happy with the instant boiling water and the wife is with the filtered water, such a difference to our normal tap water.
A super addition to our new kitchen.

Purchased about 8 months ago, installation took over a month which was disappointing. Was advised that filter will need replacing approx every 6 months, and that the light would let us know when. The light came on Friday, ordered Saturday, and await delivery. Both filtered cold water and boiling water have completely stopped working, presumably due to the filter! We no longer have a normal kettle so this is completely ridiculous that the tap won’t work until we receive the filter!
Update - I have now spoken to customer service, Sue, who was extremely helpful with the issue, and I now have water again!! There was actually also an issue with the battery (amber light and red light flashing) and I needed to replace filter, battery and reset the system also. So 5 ⭐️ for Sue!!

Did a lot of research before buying the Qettle and have not been disappointed. I wanted a unit that I could install myself and viewed the installation video before purchase. The unit arrived well packed and in good time. When unpacked all parts were easily identified and the instructions easy to follow and once I had made the cabinet alterations needed the installation was seamless with no hitches or problems - it took me about 4 hours and I am definitely not a plumber! Only criticism is that the video ignores the pressure relief valve which was the trickiest part of the install. Once working it really is a great unit with lovely filtered water and of course the boiling water which is spot on and saves so much time. Thoroughly recommended and after only a few weeks we can’t imagine life without on tap boiling and filtered water from a great looking unit.
