We booked an overseas trip with Danny at Q Flyer, what a great service. Nothing was too much trouble, everything went so smoothly in the booking process even though with a group of three, separate flights on the return leg & a few changes to me made during our trip - cannot say enough good things about this company. I have usually booked everything online myself for the past 15+ years of travelling, but I am now a complete convert to Q Flyer. The communication was outstanding, the updates on our flights were clear & the level of customer service was amazing. 5 stars

Jodie was fantastic in working out my flights to the Caucasus and Ukraine and maximising my status credits. She also checked another airline route when I asked. And then when I realised I had given her the wrong dates she recalculated with no problems. She was very friendly, great service. This is the third time I’ve used QFlyer and each experience has been excellent

I have no problems with recommending Qflyer ,I have used them on two occasions for round the world Business class bookings ,The reservation process is simple ,The contact from the agent is speedy and efficient ,The flights are amazing and with full status credits although only limited FF points because of non Qantas flights If you are using other one world carriers apart from QF Flights , But that is a normal process anyway .

Excellent service and excellent prices. Very knowledgeable about routing and which airlines can be combined for the best price and routing.

I responded to an email re a Qantas business class flight deal to Hawaii , went straight to Qantas site , no mention of a sale and flights on their site weren’t showing any real promotion, rang QFlyer booked promotional flights immediately, service was impeccable, they will always be my 1st port of call in the future

Friendly and efficient, prompt advice with options when connecting flight changed, easy to do via email. Communications always responded to by a colleague if other consultant not available.
