Worst thing I have ever received. Cheap material false advertising. Webpage says something else and I got something else. Very bad customer service ,been asking to return the product I don’t get any answer. Wasted my $212.Please be aware. Not even worth to give one star.!

I purchased a few items from Qivii for a wedding in September 2024. Shipping was fast and efficient. Some of the measurements were a bit off so I did have to get some minor alterations done. However, I did feel it was still a good deal as purchasing the same items in Vancouver would have been twice the price.

I was highly satisfied with my outfits. Good quality at affordable price. Best prices only at Qivii. Customer service was spot on and delivery was on time. Definitely will purchase again.

Ok, so the original tracking I was given was for something else and showed my items in White Plains, NY. When I tried to tell them, they said I was wrong even though I had the screen shots. When I showed them all the proof, only then did they send correct tracking to my home and then the items finally showed up. As far as items, the items are nice. Not exactly like the pictures advertised, but close enough for the price.

Absolutely stunning Lehenga and Sari sets with custom stitched blouse . Fast shipping and reliable customer service every step of the way! Very reasonable prices with great promo deals all year round so I will buy again and again :)

I ordered in Jan 3 and I have sent a few emails to get an update and no one is responding

Ordered a suite. Fabric quality horrible and poorly stitched. Nothing close to what is advertised.

The fabric was not good the saree was not hemmed. Most importantly I reached out 3 times via email to process return so I can get my refund back. No response from Qivii.

Horrible clothes, terrible customer service. The clothes donot look like they advertise on their website. The clothes are cheaply made and the designs donot match what’s displayed on their store mannequins. I have a dispute with my credit card company

This company is not even worth 1 star, there communication is worthless.. please do not order from this site.. you will be disappointed.. what they are doing is very very wrong!!!

Absolutely horrible quality clothing, terrible customer service and poor representation of their items where the actual clothes donot match the pictures of clothing on this mannequins. I would r but from then ever again. Qivii.com are Scammers!!!

I orderd from Qivii a lehenga choli.
Then I got a message they don't have it anymore in stock and offered to choose other item which i didn't accept.
I requested a refund, and they said they ,,tried very hard'' and will make it 8-20 days. Even their Whats up communication went down.
But now I was surprised to receive an e-mail from Fedex that I have a package. After rechecking it turned out that Qivii
has sent an item instead, replacement that I didn't ordered and is 5 times chipper. Very unprofessional and customer unfriendly!!!
I don't recommend buying from them. You may get disappointed.

Good and Bad
Their clothing is good quality and the pricing and the offers are good - slight catch in their returns policy is really bad - if they don’t have the size you order in they send you a smaller and tell you to adjust it to fit and their returns process is really weird long drawn out and not customer focused at all - not even sure you can get your money back either - I think
There are other websites that offer a better customer experience
Unlikely to buy from them again
Be careful only order what you truly want
