I bought a Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 from…

I bought a Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 from Qmart.pk. The package was sealed, but unfortunately, the product had clearly been used. It was a very disappointing experience.

I contacted Qmart.pk and lodged a complaint. To be fair, the shop owners are very nice people—I have met them many times before and have always found them to be honest. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with them.

My advice is to avoid ordering such expensive items online. Instead, visit the store in person and open the package in front of the staff before accepting the product. It can save you from unnecessary hassle and disappointment.
