I am trying to keep my patience

I am trying to keep my patience. But already 3 times today . I either get to the end or 90% . I mean I will be on a survey for 45 minutes and it freezes. With no rewards I am starting to feel scammed. I even got a screenshot

I’ve been using Qmee for a while now

I’ve been using Qmee for a while now, and overall, it’s one of the more convenient survey apps out there — but it definitely has its ups and downs.

The best thing about Qmee is how fast and flexible the payments are. There’s no minimum withdrawal, which means you can cash out even small amounts like a few pence straight to PayPal. In most cases, the money arrives almost instantly, which is something many other survey platforms don’t offer. This makes it really good if you just want quick, small cash rather than waiting weeks to reach a payout threshold.

The app itself is also easy to use. Surveys are listed clearly with how much they pay and how long they’re expected to take, so you can decide if they’re worth your time. Sometimes, there are quite a few surveys available, especially during peak hours.

However, one major downside is the high disqualification rate. It’s very common to start a survey and get screened out after answering a few questions, which can feel frustrating and like a waste of time. Occasionally, even after spending several minutes on a survey, you might not get paid if something goes wrong with the provider.

In terms of earnings, Qmee is not something you can rely on as a steady income source. On average, you might make a few pounds a day if you’re consistent, but some days can be very slow with little to no surveys available.

I recently contacted customer service…

I recently contacted customer service after receiving a message stating that there was an issue with my account, and that I had apparently been banned due to “poor survey practices.” This came as a complete shock. I have had this account for a few years and have used it periodically without ever encountering any problems.

Seeking clarity, I reached out to the team, asking for an explanation: why this decision was made, what exactly I had done wrong, and whether there was any possibility of an appeal. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate have been met with nothing but silence. Not a single response.

To make matters worse, I still have funds in the account, which I am now unable to access or withdraw. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer support is both appalling and deeply disappointing

The best survey site I've ever used

The best survey site I've ever used! The no minimum withdraw is my favourite feature. Yes sometimes you'll struggle to find surveys you qualify for and some are broken (it's very annoying!), but I make average £3-£5 a day which doesn't sound a lot but to me it's better than nothing and adds up over time.

Scam artists and nothing more than thieves

All of the surveys they ask you to complete, they only pay out on a fraction of them, and then on some of them, they will reach out into the past and cancel some of the ones that you have completed and gotten paid for when you complete new ones.
Be VERY CAREFUL when they ask for your kids to do surveys. They will say it is 10 minutes, then keep you r kid bust for almost an hour and not pay out. It ruins the kid's confidence and is essentially theft and misrepresentation.
Most of the people that do these are either needy or desperate for cash in any way they can, and they prey on this by using you, stealing your information, tacking your steps through the internet, selling your personally identifiable data, misleading you, and essentially turning you into cattle for their picking.
Your data is worth so much more than they will ever pay you, don't give it up willingly, and whatever you do, DO NOT provide your name or PID to companies like QMee

Qmee used to be one of the best survey…

Qmee used to be one of the best survey sites. Now its totally treating us like crap by ripping us off and denying people of trying thier best to make an honest dollar. There's barley any customer service and is full of excuses. Wish they would stop letting a certain survey provider called PRISM on there.

Withheld Balances, Unsubstantiated Allegations, and a Deeply Troubling Business Practice

My experience with Qmee gives rise to serious concerns about transparency, fairness, and the company’s treatment of its users.
My account was banned on the basis of vague and unsubstantiated allegations, including “poor survey practices” and “fraudulent activity,” yet no actual evidence was disclosed to support those claims. Instead of a transparent review, I received a generic refusal coupled with the invalidation of my remaining balance.
This is where the matter becomes especially concerning. I strongly suspect that this approach may not be incidental, but structural: if a company routinely withholds even small user balances while hiding behind opaque allegations and intimidating wording, those “small” amounts can add up significantly over time. One cannot avoid asking whether this is, in fact, part of how the platform generates revenue.
The threatening tone used in the communication only reinforces that concern. Rather than explaining the basis of the decision in a verifiable and professional manner, Qmee chose language apparently designed to deter further challenge. That is not what procedural fairness looks like.
A trustworthy company does not accuse first, withhold money second, and refuse transparency throughout. It provides evidence, allows proper review, and treats users with professionalism. Based on my experience, Qmee failed on all counts.
I would advise anyone using this platform to proceed with great caution. The risk, in my view, is not merely poor customer service, but an opaque and potentially systematic practice of withholding funds without meaningful accountability.
