Made $7:41 today and never received it going on 3hrs now made 2 separate withdrawals and nothing even emailed them

I worked my way through levels of a game they had set up as a pay per achievement style pay out. I received the very small increments and the medium increment. I then achieved the necessary accolades to achieve the highest payout of £15. No payment total appeared in my account. I sent qmee an email who said that up to a certain amount of days had to be allowed. I waited and still no payment authorised. So I emailed again and was asked for evidence of achieving the top payout results which I provided through screenshots. Back and forth after another long wait to be told the screenshots were not accepted. These screenshots showed exactly the result needed. All other payments had been received faithfully so we're authorised fully but because this was for £15 rather than 4 which I'm sure most people don't reach, suddenly it was passing the buck and no one taking responsibility. Fuming. Don't trust and will not trust to use again. Avoid their higher levels game payout targets.

Absolutely horrible. I joined Qmee based on positive reviews but after a number of weeks, I wasn't getting any surveys to complete...I received 1 in all the time I was on the site, and made a whopping 8 cents from it. As a result, I decided to close the account. After about 4 back and forths, Qmee still hadn't deleted my account as requested and said I needed to send them a code they emailed me to validate the account. I never received any code. After my last query, they came back and said that my account was banned due to poorly completed surveys and that my account was associated with fraudulent behavior. That's quite curious since I only completed 1 survey - and I have years of doing these surveys on other platforms with no issues. Hopefully this isn't a way for them to now take all of my profile data to sell. It's also convenient that they stated that they would no longer respond to any of my emails. I would not recommend the use of this site at all.

And to the generic response to this review from Qmee…I tried to get in touch but you refuse to answer my emails. And yes, I’m polite and courteous on each one I send.

It really works! About half the surveys are dead ends, but the ones that go through really do pay.

This shouldn’t be allowed. Once again I completed a survey that took me a while to complete only to be met with a message saying the survey provider has enough responded. It let me fully finish the survey, get past the page asking for feedback about the survey and submit only to be met with that. If I finish a survey I should get paid what I was promised. Especially since these survey sites pay peanuts. Regulations need to be put in place to stop these scams. I’m sick of it. This is the last straw. This happens way too often

Built up £135, tried to cashout, wouldn't let me, after a week or so back and forth received a email, stating account is banned and they are withholding funds due to fraudulent practices, no explanation, no nothing, refusing to engage further, surveys were always completed open and honestly, avoid this site.

I am extremely disappointed with Qmee. I have honestly earned a balance of $200.83. Support confirmed my balance via email, but I cannot access it due to a persistent "Internal Server Error" on the website. I have followed all instructions: waited 24 hours, used the correct links, and tried different browsers. Nothing works. I have been sending follow-up emails for over a week since May 2nd, but the support team has completely ignored me. It feels like my money is being held hostage by a technical glitch that nobody wants to fix. I am requesting an immediate manual review of my case and restoration of my access. Please stop ignoring your honest users!
UPDATE (May 15): Support manager Jack reached out and promised to fix it, but after I sent him screenshots showing that the “Internal Server Error” is still blocking my login, the support team has completely gone silent again. It has been 3 days with zero response. I still cannot access my $200.83. This is unacceptable

Terrible experience, not able to cash out my profit, close my account or delete the personal data Qmee hold of mine. I have had to report them to the ICO to have my data deleted.

I made £19 and could not cash out: I was not able to access any surveys and the customer services do not answer queries but continue to send send automated responses: I spoke to Ben who was honestly so ineffective. I actually this this provider is scamming customers by keeping earnings.

Terrible app, terrible customer services and do not delete personal data and then you will start to receive several calls and emails so wonder if my data has been sold!

I have a bad experience, once I collect the required points to redeem 5$ Amazon gift card you banned my account and I couldn't redeem my reward. Can you review the problem , please?

You do get disqualified from surveys occasionally, which can be frustrating, but getting paid immediately for the ones you do finish makes it much better than other apps. It's a great way to pick up a few extra bucks in your spare time!"

So far so good, easy to make money and love how there's no minimum.

The company provides instant, flexible payouts with no minimum cash out threshold and allows user to withdraw earnings via PayPal.

The being able to cash out anytime made it pretty easy to use.

Qmee has a very well understood interface and excellent to navigate through the amazing features

Great app hh

Qmee is my go-to app for quick cash. Surveys are usually credited within an hour or two, and I can withdraw ANY amount to PayPal instantly, even multiple times per day. Not all of the surveys are good, but Qmee is just the middle-man. It gives me some extra spending-money, and seems better than most of the others out there.
