Purchased a gold 4 in 1 tap November 2022. Wouldn't be without it. The customer service is one of the best i have ever come across in relation to after sale care. Nothing is a problem, we live in Mayo and Alan has landed up from Kerry with in days if there is any problem, big or small. Best thing we ever bought fir the house. 100% recommend this product.

We bought our QM press tap from Michael in March 2024. From the very first phone call, we were so impressed with Michael’s professionalism.

Throughout the whole buying and installing process, Michael has always been there to answer any questions without delay. Unfortunately our plumber installed the tank incorrectly and when we rang Michael for advice, he took action straight away. From sending us videos and voice notes to calling out personally to install it correctly. We are blown away by their incredible customer service and feel so valued as customers. We can’t thank Michael and the team enough for all their help.

We are very impressed with our QMpress tap it works perfectly and we get boiling or filtered water in an instant.

The customer service in particular is incredible! Micheál even came out to our house to assist with fitting the unit and is always so accommodating and easy to deal with.

We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend QMpress to anyone!

I would give more than 5 stars if possible!! I cannot recommend Qmpress enough, their customer service is exceptional from start to finish, and the company is fully Irish owned which is a great plus.
After a plumber installed my boiling water tap I noticed the flow of water was not great, I contacted Michael and Alan to see if there was anything they could do. Alan called up to my house in Kildare, noticed an error in the original installation by the plumber, then refitted the whole unit for me....the difference was amazing, I absolutely love this tap, instant boiling hot water and I opted for the gold colour which is a lovely light gold that really compliments the navy kitchen.
Nothing is too much trouble for Alan, I can see that he takes great pride in their product and will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, many thanks for all your help :)

We absolutely love our QMpress tap. The tap is so convenient and we wouldn’t be without one. It also delivers filtered tap water which is an added bonus.

Alan is always on hand to answer any queries regardless of how big or small it is and is very approachable. He takes pride in the quality of their product and also customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend the qmpress tap enough. So useful everyday for drinks and speeds up cooking of veg/pasta etc.
Very easy and safe to use. Small neat unit under the sink and a stylish variety of taps. There is a Filter to be changed every six mths or so (very easy to do). I always order them online from qmpress, very Quick delivery.

But what makes this company stand out is the excellent service from Micheál and team. They are very quick to respond via email/phone. So helpful and friendly.

I’ve been looking to get an instant boil tap for quite some time and was unsure which brand to go with. After seeing really good reviews I decided to start the process with Michael from Qmpress. I had the tap ordered and delivered the following day & also was recommended a plumber within Dublin to fit the tap, which was also a seamless process. The tap functions really well and the boiling hot water is constant which was a key factor for me, other brands I’ve seen seem to spit the water out instead of a constant flow. Really happy with the overall experience and would 100% recommend to family and friends

We bought the qmpress instaboil almost 4 years ago. We are very happy with how handy it is and ease of use. I'm writing this review today because I'm so impressed with the follow up service we are getting from Michael after almost 4 years using this. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of investing in an instaboil tap.

We installed a QMPRESS tap as part of a kitchen refurbishment. It wasn’t something we’d originally considered, but we’re very glad we did. It’s an economical alternative to the kettle. The big plus for us is the availability of customer support. The response is immediate or swift, and all queries are answered and issues dealt with. It’s been a good decision.

This was my best purchase when I renovated my kitchen! Cannot recommend this product and company enough. The customer service is probably best I have received from any company !

We recently got QMPress boiler tap and it is excellent! Great quality and amazing customer service. Very happy with it!

We got our QM press tap 2 years ago though who we bought our kitchen off, have to say it's worked great honestly couldn't go back now. We had our first ever issue due to the kitchen people not telling us how often to change the filter or descale it (now we also did not look it up) we didn't do it once in 2years. With our first and only issue, rang at 17.50 Michael answered the phone, told me what was wrong how to do fix it and within less then 24 hours is solving the problem. Can't thank him enough for helping so fast. The tap itself is great. 3 of my friends have since bought it. Personally love the safety feature of having to hold the button down and twist, especially if you have children,then boiling water still has a 3 second delay.

I’ve recently had the QMpress 4-1 system installed.There were a few issues that were down to my Plumber not reading the instructions 🙈!
I rang Michael and he replied straight away.Although the Product was Perfect it was just installed incorrectly he had me return the Unit and replaced it with a new unit.The wait time was just few days .
I’m not savvy with these new mod cons so rather than wing it I’ve rang them several times ! The quick response and they even went as far as sending me videos via Wattsapp to explain exactly how to work it .
The Customer Service is exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending this Product just by the Customer Support Alone .
The Tap itself is a game changer for me . I am 100% satisfied with the Product and the Customer Service.
If you are looking to purchase a boiling hot water tap Look no Further.
The fact that they only provide to the Irish Market is even better again as it allows them to deliver the Customer Service with 100%Satisfaction.
