I find it hard to use your service and I was unable to get a certificate. It needs to be clearer how to get a video conference for us customers that are not computer savvy.

Service was ok but Why is it different…
Service was ok but Why is it different prices for different certificates depending on how many days off work you need. Kinda felt a bit dirty to me like you are just selling days off. I was genuinely ill but felt uneasy about the ethics of that pricing structure and the follow up ‘buy the next certificate now and get a discount…use within 3months’. That felt unethical too.
