Very, very disappointing customer service. I've posted a review on their website, then on here, someone asked me to get in touch with them- I did. Got an automated reply that someone will be in touch with me in 24-48h. That was on 10th April, now it's 29th. The customer service matches their quality.

They've just arrived and to be fair they are very good. Only worn then around the house so far so may have to update.
Cheap as cheaps, delivered within two weeks.

I have purchased 2 pairs of clogs, and I will say they are super comfy. I did have to exchange a pair due to damage but their customer support was second to none. Highly recommend!!

I love my Qomfort clogs. I ordered two pairs at the same time, one black and one navy. I currently own the Birkenstock clogs which look just like the Qomfort ones. I decided that with such a vast difference in price, I would give them a try. However, the EU44 in the Qomfort clogs is a bit smaller than the Birkenstocks making it too short for my feet. I was pleased that Qomfort had a donation based replacement policy of which I took advantage. I simply visited a local Goodwill location, snapped a photo with my clogs and the receipt (once with a worker, with their permission), submitted photos, and the exchange was confirmed. The Qomfort.com customer service was extremely helpful in navigating a miscommunication of the policy. They were eager to make sure I was happy and I am!

A brilliant company, wonderful customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. The clogs arrived and looked great but were about 5 sizes to small for me. I contacted Qomfort for return details - I'm in the UK - and they kindly agreed to send the correct ones in exchange for proof that I had donated the small pair to charity.

Friendly service with swift action at all points. Needed to exchange my order for a slightly bigger size. This process was made easier by the companies philanthropic approach to returns where I simply had to donate the shoe rather than faff around with returns labels and packaging. Easier for me and helped someone get some footwear. Great approach!

Amazing experience with this company. The quality was really good but unfortunately had to return the shoes as it made a previous foot injury worse. Customer service informed me they have a returns initiative where I simply donate the goods and they issue a refund. I’ve never seen a company do this and it was so refreshing to see. All emails responded to within an hour and refund so quick to be processed. Highly recommend!

I bought a pair of clogs but ended up ordering the wrong size as their sizing was a bit in-between for me, so they were too big. I got in touch to arrange an exchange and they were quick to respond.
Instead of sending them back, they suggested donating the pair to a charity or hospice, which I thought was a really cool idea and a nice touch!
They’ve now sorted the exchange and my correct size is on the way. great service

Love this company! I purchased two pairs of clogs and after I tried them on, I realized I needed to size up. I always dread exchanges/returns but Qomfort made it so easy. Basically you just need to donate the shoes (I chose my local goodwill)—take a pic with the receipt, email Qomfort, and Qomfort sends your new shoes. Fantastic customer service. 10 out of 10!
