Helpful people's

They were helpful to me. They answered my emails very quickly and helped me return my order. Unfortunately, they do not accept returns, but they do work with a donation program, so I had to donate my new clogs. Luckily, there was a donation container near me. I am very grateful to the Qomfort employee.

Really positive online experience

Really positive online experience. Slight fault with shoes remedied immediately with new pair sent out as replacement and slightly faulty ones donated to charity clothing bin.
I’d recommend giving them a go.

Customer service was amazing

Customer service was amazing, and the product is really well made and super comfortable.

I even accidentally ordered the wrong size,the product was replaced easily and the original product was donated to charity.

Will definitely order again.

A Company that others could take lessons from

This is, hands down, the easiest company to do business with. The sales are made very easy, if your order isn't right, they don't ask for you to return them. They ask you to donate them. How great is that!? The styles are very up to date, the prices are reasonable. What you see is actually what you get. I wish them great success!
As a side note, the only thing I'd like to see is more arch support ❣️

Delivery issues but great shoes

**NOW RESOLVED. Qomfort customer services got in touch quickly, I got a new QR code today, went back to the shop and got my shoes, which I am delighted with. I do think a different delivery service would be better to resolve the other issues** Now 4 stars, as shoes great but delivery dropped a star. I placed an order, I requested the order was left in a safe place, it wasn't left. So I asked to collect it, even though the nearest shop, was not that near. I was sent a QR code, the man in the shop said wasn't right, id have to get another one. Unable to get hold of anyone to sort it out, unable to generate a new QR code despite following instructions, have now had to come all the way home. Very disappointed, I don't know where my parcel is, the delivery arrangements are terrible, the man in the shop unhelpful, a bad experience overall, would not recommend.

The customer service is phenomenal

The customer service is actually phenomenal. The exchange process was so easy, they were so understanding and so responsive! I’ve never had such an amazing experience with an Aussie brand before. customer service was great

i ordered the wrong size, the company were prompt to reply. they have an amazing business idea, instead of shipping the wrong size back to them i donated them to my local Vinnies ( charity ). how cool !!

I’m so impressed with this company and…

I’m so impressed with this company and especially the returns initiative to donate to charity. I donated some slippers that did not fit and got a full refund. Amazing. Also got some clogs and wear all day. Absolutely love them and are great value. The customer service is five star and Bianca has been really responsive despite us being on opposite sides of the world. Well done Qomfort. More companies should follow your lead.

Purchasing shoes on line was made easy

Purchasing shoes on line is always difficult. Qomfort made it easy to exchange for a smaller size. I just sent a few photos, donated my shoes to a charity, sent another photo and the exchange was on the way. They responded very quickly and efficiently. I haven’t had a chance to wear them yet, but they look very well made.

Scam

Ordered but package not delivered (shipping co left it in unsecure location). Refund given, minus shipping cost.

I asked why the entire cost wasn’t refunded. Crickets.

Scam — 4.99 adds up.

Based on the details in your review, it does sound like this may be a stolen package situation, which is why the case would need to be investigated further with the shipping company before a full refund can be finalised. We’ll also be checking with the courier about where the parcel was left and whether there was a safer place it could have been delivered.

Exceptional Comfort Backed by Outstanding Customer Care

Poor quality, don't buy

The quality of the slides are not very good. After 5 weeks the soles are worn, the upper has come away from the sole. The upper has split on both shoes.

Run small, but they’ll replace the pair if you donate them.

I ordered the same size as I wear in the German sandals, but these ran quite a bit smaller; however I was able to donate the small ones to charity, and am being sent a larger pair. I can’t comment on how comfortable the sandals are yet, but I am very impressed with the company! I look forward to trying the larger size.

I don’t think I’ve EVER received such fantastic customer service as that at Qomfort. Jade responded to my queries virtually immediately, with helpful and thorough advice regarding their exchange policy. To find out that this involves donating the clogs to the community was just an added bonus- what a fantastic, sustainable way to give a little back. Affordable and top quality clogs

Awesome quality plus a price that is very affordable. Highly recommend this product. I bought the clogs and in love with it! As per the “smell”, it does have a smell.. a new shoes smell. And i’m totally fine with that😁 thank you qomfort❤️ will definitely be buying more next time❤️

Qomfort is extremely trustful

Qomfort is extremely trustful, reliable, quick responsive. It was a dilemma to me to exchange or not. It seemed a bit wasteful in the exchange process, on the other hand l was wearing them unfit. Finally l chose to exchange but sorry to Qomfort for their loss.
