Blocking Transfers for no reason
I strongly recommend not using Qonto.
They started asking for ID documents from our customers just to unblock incoming local transfers. After that, they began blocking and returning incoming international transfers for “internal reasons” without notifying us, and without any real explanation.
The interface looks nice, but the banking side has been unreliable and has caused us a lot of problems. If your business depends on regular incoming transfers, I wouldn’t risk it with Qonto.

Disappointed service for company creation
Very disappointed by the company creation service.
Acts as if everything is fine and normal, but there is absolutely no warning on some of the content elements that are provided.
Once the company had been created, I kept receiving messages saying that the company was under creation for more than two weeks. Demonstrating a lack of robustness in this important process
They were issued during the creation, and afterwards the position of Qonto is obviously that they are just facilitating and have no responsibility regarding the content of what has been integrated.
