Very Easy to use!

QR code created
QR code created, which initially appears to be free. It turns out, however, that it is only valid for a few days. Since it was printed on our wedding invitation, we had no choice but to extend it to a subscription, otherwise our guests would no longer be able to use the QR code.
Next to the QR code it clearly says “€12/month,” but it actually turns out to be a yearly subscription that you are locked into and can no longer change. It’s ridiculous to market this as a monthly fee. Terrible experience. Impossible to get in contact with them. Definitely not recommended!!

Efficient!
My wedding QR code is expiring in 2 days and 200 invitations are already out
I just googled 'generate QR code online' and clicked the first result which was this website. I made a small direction card to help elderly guests find my wedding venue, printed 200 copies and handed them out. Two weeks before my wedding I get an email saying the QR code is expiring and I need to pay 130 euros to keep it active. To be honest, I should have read the terms more carefully and that's on me. But the cards are already out there, my wedding is in 2 weeks, and reprinting 200 copies is simply not possible at this point. I emailed support asking for just 3 extra weeks or even a monthly option — nothing crazy — and I haven't heard back. I'm just a regular person trying to make sure my guests can find the venue on my wedding day, not a business. Really hoping someone sees this and helps. I'll update this review once I hear back from them.

The QRcodecreator website 'walked me…
The QRcodecreator website 'walked me thru' the entire process and everything worked wonderfully - linked from the scanned QR code that was created.
Easy to use and free download
Less than 1 star
If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. I’m not even sure how they have higher reviews than 1 star; must be bots or something. My humble advice is to use absolutely any other service over this one. From the lack of transparency with the billing, where the monthly price is largely advertised in place of an annual amount, and nowhere during checkout does it state the annual billed amount, to the lack of empathy and gaslighting presented when communicating with them, even after cancelling the service with no usage of the product. The entire customer service conversation feels like you’re talking to a robot because of the regurgitated script. I am incredibly disappointed with how they handled my encounter. I feel misled, purchasing something I didn't need for longer than a month and being charged annually with no option of a partial or full refund. As I see the company responding to these reviews about the limited subscription options being an issue for many, you would think they would have implemented better options; unfortunately, they have not. Their lack of action further emphasizes the sketchy nature of this service. I would absolutely not recommend it.

Absolutely user-friendly and fast.
easy-peasy!
QR Codes Become Unreadable After a Free Trial Period
Used the site to create a QR code for a baby shower registry for handmade invitations. The QR code went into 25 invites and I received an email saying my free trial was ending and my code would no longer work. I ultimately ended up using a different site that creates codes that are free and don’t expire. Very disappointed by this experience.

QR Codes stop working without a subscription!
Just printed £120 of leaflets! I would rather get the lot reprinted than pay these scammers a penny!!!!
