Have five bikes, all with QuadLock mounts and heads. Superb quality and design/enginnering.

Outstanding products, even better Customer Service
Quadlock products are market leading for a reason; they are simply brilliant! Loads of different options for a truly integrated and flexible solution for mounting devices whether on the move or in the office.
And customer service is probably the best I've experienced. After 18 months of continued use, my Quadlock Case started to fail. I reported it to Quadlock at 3pm on Friday and a replacement arrived through the letterbox at 10am the next day ! Absolutely unbeatable customer service.

Rock Solid
This is the third Quad Lock Case I've owned and will continue to get one for every new phone I get. I use the mount mainly on my bicycles, but have used it on my motorcycle and in the car with the vent mount. I like the simplicity of the case and mount and the rock solid performance.

Great product, terrible shipping
I have placed two orders with quad lock and I think their products are the best. The reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is shipping. Don’t order directly from quad lock if you need a new case right away. They take nearly a month due to really terrible shipping partners. For a company of this quality and at such a high price point, the shipping is unacceptably bad.

Best phone holder i have ever used.
I have been using the car mount for nearly 5 years, in mynwork van and also my car, I have never had an issue, holds the phone perfectly. By far the best phone holder I've ever used.

Tricky to decide on the Star rating
Tricky to decide on the rating. I have 3 Quadlock holders, Car, Camper and Bike. Brilliant. Easy on off and very secure. However, changed my Phone so needed a new case. I wanted a white one for a change ( easier to find my phone than black ! ) so I bought a white google case ( same price as the QL so I'm not a cheapskate ) and a QL addapter to stick on the back. Fine for a couple of days untill I removed it from the mount on my MTB e-Bike. The addapter stayed on the mount. Was fortunate it didnt fall off when I was riding.
QL offered a replacement but I have lost trust in the glue so now need a MAG case. Since I declined a replacement I was given store credit as a gesture of goodwill. I was offered a 20% discount at one point on the new case but apparently was an either, not both. The discount would not equate to a refund. Odd really. Anyway, the moral of the story is if you want a QL holder, as I said, brilliant, then buy a QL case. Buying an adapter means you will not know if it can be trusted until it falls off, and if it does you can't have a refund , only a replacement. And if like me, you don't want another, then the best you might get is goodwill store credit. Mathmatically then , Holder,Case and Customer service 5 Stars. The captive audience bit where one cannot have 100% trust in the sticky bit and no refund if the worse happens, then 4 Stars is fair.

Quadlock products are EXCELLENT!!!!
Quadlock makes well made, intuitive products for bicycles and phones. Not only are the phone mounts excellent and well crafted but the phone cases are even better.
The bike mounts are sturdy and really useful and the mounts have great accessories and attachments such as a bike light mount which is very well constructed.
The iPhone cases feel fantastic in your hand with sort of what I can explain as a rounded feel that fits in your palm perfectly (almost like the early iPhones) instead of the square boxy cases that most manufacturer's cases have. The cases work great with wireless charging and you can customize the charging ring which personalizes your case.

Great products, great quality and most importantly great service ! Been using quad lock for a couple of years now. This is the second phone im using on of their covers on. The protection is really good and the mounting system is so easy to use.
Tho this phone cover started 'warping' after almost 3 years of use. I never experienced this before with the previous cover on the previous phone. I was a little disappointed seeing that the covers have gone up in price and i would have to buy a new one. I sent the customer service a e-mail regarding this issue and that i was not satisfied with the quality of this phone cover even after the long period of time that i have been using it, the edges shouldn't 'warp' like this. I got a reply fairly quickly saying they agreed and it seemed like there’s a separation between the two primary materials from the phone cover. This should not be happening. Because of this they sent a new one free of charge.
I believe this shows the quality of the products they make and also the quality standards which they work by. I never in my email asked for a freebie because i had been using it for so long. Just maybe a discount because the new covers are around 50 euros. They saw this was a material failure and it shouldn't be happening and owed up to it. I will never stop buying their products because the quality is so good. And if there are any issues they will take care of it.

I'm a huge fan of your products, have bunch of stuff from you, cases and other gear, these are the BEST for mounting phones EVER, and I'm gonna keep on buying it but...
My magnetic Iphone 15 pro case just fell apart, the magnetic ring just fell out, and remained on the magnetic wireless charger when I removed the phone from it. It does not make it useless, but I cant mount it in my car like this, which is why I bought the wireless magnetic charger, plus the arms and the adhesive mount.
As said, I dont want to replace your system, I have it on my bike, my bicycle, in my car etc.
Any chance you'd replace my phone case? Would really appreciate it (and keep on promoting your stuff to all my friends...)
I can send you some pics about how it looks now, or the receipt from the purchase if you want.

Extremely Disappointed All Around
I have boughten phone cases in the past which are great. I bought a new car and wanted a suction mounted holder so I bought one here. I bought a mag head thinking I would need it and discovered I wasted $30.00 because my case doesn't support that.
I find it's very difficult to find information on the website and even tech support wasn't really able to answer my questions. I had mistakenly disassembled the top head because I thought I was going to use the mag head. After I discovered I wasn't able to, I had no way of knowing how to put it back together; tech support wasn't really sure of what the singular parts where and which order they went in. Thankfully my husband was able to figure it out because the way I tried my case wouldn't come off.
I find mounting the phone on the Quad mount extremely awkward and challenging. I'm very disappointed in this mount and even more so that I spent the money I did. I would have returned it but it wasn't free so better to just suck it up.
