10/10 Would Recommend
10/10 would recommend. The first attempted visit the technician was completely honest about the crowded furnace room and about how he couldn’t access it due to the water heater and duct work being in the way. I really appreciated him looking around and coming up with a plan. Even though it couldn’t get done that day he was super nice and professional. He came back with another tech at a second appt and worked with us around our newborn baby schedule. They did a great job and I also appreciated the thank you they sent in the mail a little later. I will always recommend.

Dan was friendly and did a nice job. My only complaint is when the vents are being cleaned make sure all other vents are closed except the one Dan is working on then close it. Each and every room has so much dust and dirt I need to wipe each and every item in the room, asked me in December. Yes the filter was dirty and was changed two days later that was to be expected. I am glad I had the vents cleaned.

My appointment was rescheduled a few times by the company, but once Dan showed up, those frustrations instantly disappeared. He was so polite and explained everything to us before he started. He was even kind enough to let our neighbor who was working outside in his driveway know that it was going to be loud before turning on the machine (it's the little things).
Dan also informed us about the status of our furnace air filter and recommended the best type of replacement without putting too much pressure on us to buy from the company, which we really appreciated.
After he left, we immediately noticed a difference in airflow in our home; it seems to cool off much quicker now. The slight smell that once used to hang in the air is also no longer present.
Everyone we spoke to from scheduling through service was so nice. We definitely plan to use Quality Air on a regular basis and have already been recommending them to family and friends.
