Wouldn't trust for air duct cleaning
I chose this company based on positive reviews and the fact that they use a strong gas-powered vacuum. Giving 1 star since they didn't follow proper protocol: they didn't have proper tools to open a circular duct hole so they butchered the duct trying to attempt a circle with regular shears. They didn't have a fitting so they tried to stuff blankets to keep their plastic flex tube in place (massive vacuum leaks since the seal was terrible). They didn't cover the vents before starting to clean, so the suction was minimal at each vent/register. They also assumed the flow direction and got it totally wrong (ie they sucked from the return side but blasted dust from the supply side registers...so basically just pushed the dirt onto my HVAC coil and fan. Since they didn't check which were supply vs return, they sprayed disinfectant into the wrong side. These guys really had no idea what they were doing.

We take customer service very seriously at Quality Air. With over 30 years of service in the Chicago area, we investigate each issue thoroughly.
However, receiving a 1-star review on 01/04 from a job completed eight (8) months prior on 04/14 was a bit shocking. After pulling all of the paperwork involved with your job in Kenilworth, we cannot find any notations of you being unhappy with the service at the time. In fact, you signed the paperwork as the job being complete. Naturally, if we send a technician to perform a service, he performs that service and the customer signs that the service was performed in a satisfactory manner... we then consider that job complete.
If problems occur during a particular job, our management team will do what is necessary to make it right for the customer. Again, no company would last a year, yet alone 30+, in an industry if they performed as claimed in the review.

He did not complete cleaning out all the Ducks and he broke one of my flowers that was growing in the front on my yard

Made a mess
Used the compressed air around the outside of the ducts and ended up blowing dust around the entire house, into every room. Had a lot of cleaning to do after they left. Loosened up a lot of dust in the ducts but didn’t seem to remove much of it as dust was visibly blowing out of the ducts for several days and a bad odor lingered for a while.

Excellent first experience. Used QADC for duct cleaning and sanitizing as well as dryer vent cleaning. The guys that were here were pleasant and very informative. Will use in the future and refer friends and family to them.
