Zero customer care….

I ordered a batch of balls from quantum just as my partner mentioned he’d already bought some so I email immediately to cancel the order. Early the next day (5am) ‘Josh’ read my email, and shortly afterwards sent an email confirming my order was being dispatched. I wrote another email asking why the order was being dispatched after I’d cancelled it within minutes of placing the order - and got nothing back. I then sent a 3rd email. Nothing. So I’ve disputed this with my credit card company. Not a very nice company to do business with. Zero customer care. Scam company - stay well away!!
