If i can give the zero star i will

If i can give the zero star i will. First of all its from china. its not from manchester. The quality and the fitting of the jacket that i bought is nowhere near the photo. I send them a message because i want to return the item but they gave me a return adress from china. and to return it will cost me around £20. when the item is bouhght for £35. After multiple exchanges of emails all they want to offer is 30 percent refund as its not practical to send the item back to china. The item is in poor quality.

Totally Illegal

This company should not be allowed to trade. The products were not as described and we were offered a 20% refund or the opportunity to by more rubbish for an additional £9.90.

They should be avoided at all costs or preferably closed down.

This company should have no stars. Scam!!

This company should have no stars! They have failed to provide me with information 're returns or for refund of my money. They wanted me to buy more items at a reduced cost or a 20% refund to keep jumpers. I quoted the Consumer goods Act 2015 and they then sent me details of postage to an Address in China!! They are not based in UK. Avoid them at all costs

Scammers

All you need to know about this scam company is they supply products of inferior quality, take weeks to answer complaints, drag out the process for weeks so that you exceed the 30 day refund limit. PayPal was of no use whatsoever in trying to obtain a refund. Want me to return to China and a prohibitive cost, or accept a 25% refund, which to be honest I doubt I'll ever receive.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Do not buy anything from them.. Bought boots which were absolutely shocking quality - felt like they would fall to bits if you wore them. Total nightmare with customer services. They do not get back to you and your refund never comes. This company should be shut down.

I would prefer to not give any stars , ordered boots arrived 2 size too small , but getting it refunded , that’s a different story , I’m getting nowhere with customer service they are not able to track the order ….speechless

I have now had my case with this…

I have now had my case with this company resolved by Paypal who have refunded me the full amount. I was going nowhere on my own. Very impressed with Paypal and I appreciate their help. Hopefully enough people will read these reviews and avoid any dealings with this company.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Received goods which were very cheap and shoddy versions of the photos online. Colours not true and stitching on two v-neck tops unravelling to the extent that I could see this through the plastic package. Asked for refund and was asked for “ “photographic evidence” and details of problem which I supplied. Offered a 20% refund and keep the goods. Said no to that. Next offer, return goods to an address in China at my expense and get full refund. Original parcel came from address in London UK. Offered to return it there. Offered 30% refund and that seems to be that.

Caveat Emptor...please do not buy from them

I can only reiterate the other reviews, I have persisted with attempting to obtain a refund for poor quality and ill-fitting clothing. I also had the suggestion to return the items to China, if I did then I cannot believe for one moment they would refund the amount paid.

I am not giving up but as the only contact details are email, I can see how they will just ignore customers.
The main thing for me is to check contact details - no phone number or address, despite purporting to have been in business 21 years and allegedly in Manchester.
Their returns policy does not mention China and you only discover the items are coming from China once ordered.

It is possible to return your order. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option of returning them within 30 days of receipt.

1. The order still contains all the correct parts, components and the packaging is exactly like the product.
2. Normal use of the product is evident, damage due to careless handling is excluded.

Dreadful quality and sizing off - avoid at all costs!

dreadful quality and sizing off - a true scam company - avoid at all costs and report to trading standards.
They are not based in Manchester and make returning items to China very difficult and expensive.
They keep offering me a 30% refund to keep the clothes but they don't fit and are of a terrible quality so why would I want to keep them?

Awful company - they don't do refunds!

Ordered a jacket that took weeks to come. When it arrived I decided that it didn't suit me and asked how to obtain a refund. I was told they don't do refunds, I coukd exchange for something else but would have to pay over £9 postage. When I explained I was within my rights to obtain a refund they said I could keep it and they would refund me 20% or I could send it back to China at my expense! I managed to negotiate 25% refund and kept it in the end and will try to sell on.
Do not buy from them if you are at all unsure about the quality or fit. Awful company to deal with.

Horrendous quality and service

My jumpers took along time to arrive, which set alarm bells ringing, especially as it said it was a uk company, I checked and at first they wouldn’t admit to the fact that the goods were coming from China!!
When the jumpers did arrive they were far too short in the body and sleeves. I asked for details to return the jumpers, but was offered, either a) to select something else, but would need to pay another £9.90 or b) to receive a 15% refund and keep the jumpers. What use are jumpers that do not fit!!! I want a full refund.
I asked PayPal….how I paid for the goods…. to help but they wouldn’t. I sent an email at 6.30 this morning when they were shut, only to receive a reply immediately which was a copy of the first one I received making the two offers. This is obviously auto generated and no refund is going to come. I think it’s time for trading standards.

Poor communication and customer service

I ordered a shirt on 9 September. Some email updates, and the shirt was apparently delivered by Royal Mail on 24 September. However, it was not delivered to my address. As requested, I asked around my neighbours and on local social media, with no luck. I asked Quartier to either send a new shirt or to refund me my money. One email from them, on 20 October, apologised and said a replacement would be sent out right away. I subsequently received another email telling me my shirt had been delivered on 24 September, so someone had clearly just checked their system without actually reading the emails. I asked what was going on but my email has so far been ignored. I have given them plenty of time to make amends, but radio silence, hence this review. It's a shame when customers are treated like this.

Update: Following one email repeating the message that they would send out a replacement straight away, I received another one stating that they were 'unable to make further action'. As I noted to them, they are not unable, but are choosing, as part of their business model, to take no further action (i.e. they will neither send a replacement nor make a refund). The negativity via internet reviews will surely lose them much more in future sales than it would have cost simply to apologise and send out a replacement. A sorry tale.

Update 22 November: I have asked them for proof that they are 'Manchester-based', as their advertisement claims. They have simply commented on using suppliers from around the world, rather than answering the question. I note that a company called 'Quartier Limited' has a business described as 'bookkeeping', although Quartier Manchester would not say if this had anything to do with them. They have provided no evidence of being based in Manchester, and I have accordingly made a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority. If others who feel they have been short-changed do the same, we may get somewhere in dealing with Quartier Manchester. It is sad to think of others who will suffer from their business model.

Dreadful Company

I ordered an item but it didn't fit. I started emailing their "customer Services" on 8th October and it took them until the 21st to respond. I have to send the item to China but the phone number that they provided is not accepted by the courier company that I want to use. I have spent another week trying to get a number from them. They say that they have customer services 7 days a week but they only reply on a Saturday, but they haven't provided what I need. They have offered 25% and 30% discount but I just want my money back. It is only £34 but it is now a matter of principle, however, I doubt that they will refund me even if I send the item back. Really dodgy company, I have learned my lesson to check the returns policy before I buy in future.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service from this company is appalling! I was sent the wrong jumper which they more or less refused to change for the one that I had ordered. I emailed them constantly and although they eventually replied, they obviously have no intention of rectifying the mistake that they made. The jumper that I received looks like a sample as it has no labels attached. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, it’s not a British company, they are based in China and delivery took weeks.
Clothing not as described, sizing poor. Quality truly awful… I’ve got better dusters !
At first they responded promptly to my request to return shoddy items with , keep items and get 25% refund was offered. I accepted this as you have to pay to send returns .
I have had no further responses despite several emails, just no reply.
I shall now look further to get my refund.
