Different size shoelaces!
I received my Timberland boots with one of the shoelaces 10cm shorter, which makes it impossible to tie them all right in one of the boots. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to buy a new pair of shoelaces by myself, since the store said they can't replace the shoelaces, only exchange the entire purchase, which for me doesn't make much sense!

Trustworthy
I found the shoes I was looking for at Queens. I was a bit nervous, because I didn't know the company and the company is located in the Czech Republic. But I got the shoes very quickly. Communication is also crisp and clear. Great experience!

I received a completely different size…
I received a completely different size of shoe to what I had ordered (basically received a kids shoe) and had to pay the cost for sending the wrong shoe back myself after the cutomer service denied any fault on their part.
Won't be ordering at Queens again.
