Wow – what an absolutely glowing review, thank you! 😊 We’re grinning from ear to ear over here. It means the world to hear that your experience with us has been so positive, and we’re thrilled you love the website and the booking system – especially Q-Book doing its thing with those direct bookings (big congrats on that, by the way! ). It's super difficult to secure a constant flow of organic bookings, especially in a world of OTA big boys who dominate the internet. The Q-Book integration with Pitchup, campsites.co.uk links seamlessly, ensuring that you can manage everything from one space, allowing you to free up time and take even more care of your campers. Our system supports your alliance with Greener Camping and will help to recognise current and new members with an autopayment taken at the point of booking for new sign-ups. It's all in hand :)

Nowadays, the landscape is fierce and dominated by OTA's. You do have to work that much harder!

Looking over your statistics we can see that with each year that passes, your direct, commission-free revenue is growing! You must be preaching the good word about booking directly and boy is it paying off! Unfortunately, all too often, we see properties that are mega reliant on OTA's (until we show them the light) and get stuck in a spider's web of commission fees - not the case for you guys! People (in their hundreds) are booking directly on your website year after year - great job guys! You are smashing it! If Q-Book has played a small part in your success - that's amazing, but we know that these great stats are the by-product of how well you optimise Q-Book. We think that we can go one step further and get even better results for next year via our latest feature - Occupancy-Based Dynamic Pricing (we'll send you some info). We're delighted to read that our Q-Book support staff have been able to show you the ropes and beyond. Q-Book is easy to navigate. However, for newbies, understandably, you need some friendly human assistance!
We're old school and believe in the value of picking up the phone for a chat when you need it! Bots, AI and automated 'help' just don't cut it! We're so glad you recognise our efforts - thank you very much. Now that you have an excellent grasp of the system, the next part of the jigsaw is to build on the additional features we have to maximise your revenue potential. We'd love to spend more time with you to run through the features we have to encourage as many commission-free bookings as possible. We can see that with each year that passes, your visibility, repeat business and most importantly organic bookings are increasing! You're obviously doing something right (according to your amazing reviews and brilliant booking stats) :)
Hopefully, our Q-Book software plays a small part in your success but it's mainly down to you! Over the years, you have put lots of effort into editing your website and keeping your content fresh. In addition, running seasonal Special Offers and Promos and basically not waiting for bookings to come to you - taking control and incentivising guests to book with you - great job! It's so refreshing to see a great flow of direct, commission-free online bookings. It's so easy to get caught in the web of OTA's. Not you! We are constantly upgrading Q-Book and adding more functionality to defend yourself against unnecessary OTA fees and to fill your calendar organically so that you ride the commission-free train choo choo!
We've recently introduced Dynamic, Occupancy-based pricing to fill gaps based on room volume. Our software cleverly detects slower periods, drops the rates (based on your chosen parameters) and increases the rates when room volume is high! We'll send you some more information about it. It's super easy to use, highly lucrative and the best part - free of charge to use! Expect some more information shortly. If you need a hand with anything, you know where to find us. While we have you, we'd like to congratulate you on your increasing direct bookings, year on year. Well done! Each year, you are becoming less dependent on OTA's and generating more revenue. Thanks a million for that :) You had such a nightmare when trying to change your merchant :( Sophie, especially, genuinely sympathised about the difficulties you were having when making the change - anyway, we're so glad it got sorted in the end. Now that the changeover has taken place, we can see that you are making excellent use of the automatic payments feature. You can seamlessly collect a deposit and schedule outstanding balances at a time that suits you. It saves time and admin and frees up time to focus on your guests, which encourages reviews and lots of repeat business. We hope you are loving this functionality :) It marks one year of using Q-Book - happy anniversary ;) We have seen your direct commission-free bookings more than double during this time!!!

Even though our prices are low, we don't compromise on quality or functionality but ensure that our customers pay a fair price.
We understand that 20% OTA commission fees are sometimes a necessary evil. We keep our fees low so that you're not paying over the odds.
Our monthly fee remains the same, irrespective of how many bookings you generate and their source.
We don't piggyback or profit off your OTA Bookings.
We believe commission-free, organic bookings are the best way forward.
Everybody is happy :) You, because you didn't pay 20% for the privilege, and us, because you remain a happy Q-Booker, allowing us to have a great, long-lasting working relationship with one another.
