Jane was really helpful and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what i meant and what i needed her to do and answered my (millions of) questions with ease.

Paul was so friendly and extremely helpful. I felt he really cared that I had all knowledge to hand, for growing and promoting my business.

I would highly recommend Queensborough. This is our 4th year using them and nothing is too much bother for them.

Professional, helpful and a great booking system

We have been dealing with the Queensborough Group for around eight years, when we used their booking engine for our previous guest accommodation and we decided to continue with their services for The Roost. They are brilliant to be with, always very helpful and the booking engine is so easy to use. Love the fact that you can speak with a person if you have a problem or if out of hours, send a message through the ticket system. Jon is fantastic - if I ever have an issue, he always resolves it! The rest of the team, including Sophie are lovely to deal with too. If you are looking for an efficient booking system, look no further than QBook :) :)

Since taking over, we have enjoyed working with both you and Celia at your B&B and, more recently, your lovely lodges :) It's such a pleasure to look after not one but two of your properties - thanks for putting your trust in us :) We look forward to creating a new website for you in the upcoming weeks for The Coast Yard.
Once you have picked a design you like, we'll build it with your content and link in the features you discussed with Paul - Rate Comparison tool, Booking Page Stay and Save etc.
Each feature increases direct, commission-free online bookings for your property - our favourite kind of bookings :)
As you know from your other property, you'll have access to a Website Editor, which means you can update your text, videos, pictures and content on your website 24/7.
You'll have the freedom to make updates whenever you like.
Instead of relying on a website host ( no disrespect) that might not have time to update as and when the inspiration flows, you can edit to heart's content - any time of day, 365.
The editor is straightforward to use ( as you know). However, should you ever need help, we're only a phone call away. It means that you have one point of contact for two businesses and everything Online Booking/Channel Manager and Website/Email related - easy! Anyway. Superb Customer Service Always!

I have been with Queensborough Group for 5 years, my experience with the team and also the web site that is created by them is first class, easy t use and navigate and looks stunning. The customer service team is by far the very best, I have called many times for various reasons and every time I have enjoyed there easy expertise and no fuss approach to my sometimes foggy understanding, and they are beyond helpful and so relaxed to deal with. Thank yo so much to Jonathon and Amy who are a pleasure to talk with and always sort my issues with such ease and knowledge.

Since you guys have taken over the Penbontbren Hotel, we can see that direct bookings have skyrocketed! Whatever you are doing, you are doing something right! Mainly contributed by your beautiful accommodation selling itself. And, hopefully, a small part is Q-Book's intuitive software packed with tools to help convert lookers into bookers. All-in-all, incentivising guests to book directly so you can reap the rewards of commission-free direct revenue :) We also have the pleasure of looking after your other property, Yffermdy Cottage - equally lovely.
You'll be pleased to know we have just updated our Q-Book self-catering widgets, designed to highlight minimum stays and arrival/departure days that improve the overall end-user experience. Professional, helpful, friendly bunch of people who genuinely care

I discovered Queesnborough when I was working for a hotel in the Lake district in 2008. I was sourcing an extranet booking platform for them and stumbled across them in my internet searching. I was so impressed with the system and the staff that when my husband and I bought a business on the Isle of Skye the very first thing we did was register with Queensborough. 15 years later and now over on the East coast I can honestly say Queensborough is genuinely a superb business to work with. They are the friendliest bunch of people you could ever wish to meet. Queries are answered and dealt with very quickly. Help is in abundance - and when you get past a certain age technology isn't always as easy to grasp as it once was but these guys are incredibly patient and supportive with anything you need to know. Many of my friends who are in hospitality joined Queensborough as a result of our recommendation and I know they found them as professional and helpful as I have over the years. Can't recommend them enough!

Excellent.

We have used Queensborough as our channel manager for over seven years now. In that time if we have ever needed to know something their staff have ALWAYS been able to help and get us sorted very quickly. They are also constantly looking at ways to improve the software and to keep it all very user friendly. We have recently had dealings with both Jane and Jonathan who both really know their stuff and have sorted things out for us very quickly and professionally and at the same time taking the time to fully explain how to use their software for our full benefit.

Already, you have implemented many of our new features, each designed to increase direct, commission-free revenue for your property.
We see the Rate Comparison widget on your website and promotions in place, designed to incentivise direct bookers and keep unnecessary OTA commissions at bay!
A glowing example of how to optimise Q-Book. Whoop! As you'll know from speaking with Jane, we are nearly ready to launch Dynamic Pricing. DP is where your prices will go up and down based on your parameters and target occupancy - automatically, without lifting a finger. Quiet - prices go down. Busy, prices go up - based on your minimum/maximum price; to seamlessly fill rooms and to maximise revenue potential.
You're going to love it!

I can say with no hesitation whatsoever…

I can say with no hesitation whatsoever that I recommend q-book as a booking system. We have used them for 22 years! We did stray the once to Little Hotelier but made a quick return when we realised our mistake!

The q-book staff are always there if you need them (not that we do as it is so intuitive and reliable). We do not use stripe and we don't have a website etc. with them as we originally bought our first B&B from a couple who are web developers and have stayed with them ever since! However, if we were taking over today I think it would probably be ideal.

Q-book are constantly introducing new features in pace with new innovations and market developments and respond positively to future suggestions. They integrate seamlessly with booking.com, expedia, airB&B and a whole lot more, although you can not block dates off with expedia as you can with booking.com.

It does what it says on the tin! It simply compares rates from your website against OTA prices. Its design is thoughtful and meticulous to advise browsers that by booking directly, they are guaranteed a better price (as many are unaware that is the case!) Everybody wins! Guests get a great price. You get a commission-free booking - what's not love - we're all laughing! Moreover, guests who have made a saving feel compelled to leave a great review. Positive reviews encourage more bookings and help to target new audiences. Wahoo! We'll keep an eye on your account and see how well it's doing for you - we can only expect good things!
We'll arrange for some example website demos to be sent to you so you can see what we can offer. No pressure, but it's worth a nosey and good to know that you can speak to the same team about both Q-Book and website stuff. More info on the way :) Also! Easily, we can import your bookings, removing the time and stress of adding them manually.
And, more importantly, removing errors and vulnerabilities. A simple migration over to your new BFF, Q-Book.
We're astonished at how many accommodation providers remain unhappy instead of making the switch!
You spend oodles of your time within your reservation software; shouldn't it be everything you need and more? Yes, it should! Anyway, you're here now and that's all that matters. You'll soon learn that we are constantly dropping new tech that will drive commission-free direct bookings to your website, our utmost priority! We have thoroughly enjoyed looking after bookings for Two Stones over the last five years and hope to continue to do so for many more to come - if you'll have us, of course ;) We can see over the years you have been with us, your direct, commission-free booking revenue has increased year-on-year without fail!
Your stats are so pleasing for us to see!! You guys are obviously doing something right; if Q-Book plays a small part in your success - then that's amazing :) With the recent release of some pretty game-changing direct booking boosting features - we can only project a great season and beyond. You are already making excellent use of our Rate Comparison Tool. Whoop! However, we'd be keen to spend more time with you to demonstrate how we can help further, to send direct bookings to you! Keep your eyes peeled for a new batch of features due to drop soon. Sneak peek! We'll be launching Dynamic Pricing, where you can automate price changes based on parameters surrounding your target occupancy that you control, with a minimum/max room price which fluctuates based on room volume. In a nutshell, Q-Book will work hard to fill your rooms and maximise your revenue potential - it won't be long! Eeek! We usually send a personal reply when you have so kindly taken the time to leave a review. All we can say is that we are always tinkering behind the scenes to make Q-Book more streamlined to make your day-to-day stuff easier! We believe that too much time spent on the admin side, even though a necessary evil, can be a bit of a drag! We would much rather you automate mundane processes - payments, email communication, reports, housekeeping etc. so that you can focus on what you do best - giving your guests a truly unforgettable experience. Happy guests leave amazing reviews, which, in turn, entices new bookings! Long may the cycle continue. Highly Recommend

We use Queensborough Group to manage our guest house booking system and website. They are always so helpful and the platform is easy to navigate.
I had a great telephone appointment with Paul today, he showed me some very useful tools which can help drive bookings, which I have already implemented.
Highly recommend!

We can see you've activated the Custom Colour Labels - a game-changer when you want to highlight certain things on the calendar.
Creating trigger points creates markers on your bookings so you have a visual, colour-coded display of what's what.
For instance, breakfast and dietary requirements are colour-coded to help you to be alert and organised (not that you need any help in that department)! Your guests will be super impressed! Happy guests publish brilliant reviews. Whoop! Due to economic factors, we understand that the hospitality industry is quieter than usual. It's tough out there! Now more than ever, we are hard at work, designing lots of new technology to encourage direct, commission-free revenue for your business. We got you! Your success matters to us. We genuinely get giddy when we see great statistics for our customers. We're releasing new features soon that will help your guest house go from strength to strength- watch this space! Excellent company

We have used this company for a few years. The service is excellent - friendly, efficient staff who take the stress out of managing our central diary and website for our business. Excellent communication and reliable information. Sophie has been such a help to us, we can't recommend this company enough as they have taken a lot of stress out of the technical side of our business.
