Enjoyed the whole experience from initial consultation to collection.
Didn’t feel rushed the consultants were knowledgable helpful and friendly.
Kept informed loved seeing the workshop and even got pictures of ring being made after collection.

So great, initial appointment was no fuss and offered remotely. Suggestions and expert opinion offered. Such a professional service. Final product was exactly what I was after.

We were treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Patience and encouragement throughout our consultation.

My fiancée absolutely loves the ring, and I truly appreciated the care and patience shown in helping me choose the perfect engagement ring. The quality of service was exceptional—top notch from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone for the outstanding experience. I recently purchased a ring from Queensmith and I would throughly recommend it. I knew roughly want I wanted but working with Joanna, a GIA diamond expert, made the process much easier and clearer. Joanna offered great guidance and walked me through what to look for as well as giving advice on what to go for. Would highly recommend.

My buying experience with Queensmith was great from start to finish. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in my appointment and Laura took the time to work out exactly what I wanted - the ring is perfect. After that, there were some issues with delivery (courier’s fault, not Queensmith) but Beth kept me updated throughout and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after and everything was resolved happily. Can’t recommend Queensmith enough!

Really professional experience and thoroughly enjoyed the process of finding and purchasing a ring for my girlfriend. Queensmith has an edge over other jewellers with a fantastic store, guided tour of the lab, the variety of rings, the knowledge of the staff, and the after sales support.

Lexia looked after me throughout and she was excellent. She found the ring to my girlfriends exact specification (so I hope!) and explained the whole process throughout. She offered suggestions and ideas and I really enjoyed our conversations. Thank you so much Lexia for your help and look forward to returning back in the near future!

Queensmith, you should look after Adele, she is a real credit (aka gem!) to you - in a world full of mostly shoddy service nowadays, she stands out a mile.

After deciding to propose to my girlfriend i booked an appointment after a FB recommendation. My first appointment was with Lisa who made such an effort to go through every detail most of which I hadn't even considered. She took time to not only tell but show me how each ring is produced by giving me a tour. She then allowed me take my time while I considered every option and helped when I needed to see how the ring would look. Its amazing what a bit of blue tac can do 😂
On my return to pick up the ring I was met by Cara who knew who I was proposing too as well as where. That added a real personal touch to my experience.
I would really recommend Queensmith and will certainly be returning for wedding rings if she says Yes!!
