Our tech, Kauhane is AWESOME! The problem is QUENCH only has 1 Technician that services the whole State of Hawaii, which is not good because if I have an emergency, we will have to wait until an opening for a tech is available. This doesn't work for us.

For well over a year, nobody at Quench has been able to give me access to the customer portal. I've put in a handful of tickets and it's still not resolved. Nobody ever follows up and they always tell me to do the same thing every time. I keep getting the same message that I'm not authorized to access the portal. Not the end of the world but it would be nice to have access.

My company has several Quench dispensers, and we seem to be adding more. I contact Darcy and she takes care of everything immediately. Technicians let me know the day they are coming and when they have left. If there is an issue of any kind Darcy has a technician come out and diagnose/fix.

My company signed up with Stonebrook. We never signed a contract. The contract we have was forged all by the sales person. They don t even have the correct person working here signing. The are trying to charge me for 4 months left we are closing our company. My company tried getting rid of it last year but it was going to cost us 1600.00 DOLLARS THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND THE CONTRACT DOES NOT STATE ANYTHING ABOUT CLOSING A BUSINESS. ALSO NOT QUENCH CULLIGAN CONTRACT.

I have been trying to cancel with this company for years and they’re still billing me. Their supervisor Anne Super is a scam artist who calls herself a retention specialist by trying to claim you automatically enroll in a long term contract. I purchased the water unit wholesale complete with a signed bill of sale for $150 and they’re still trying to charge me $117/month on 2 year auto renewal contract and I could easily replace the filters myself. Even when I request to have it serviced, no one ever comes out or gets back to me. I highly recommend not doing business with them and outsourcing them by purchasing your own unit. It’s a way better long-term investment.

We had a leaking water dispenser machine. Matthew Marso, a Culligan/Quench rep, came out and quickly figured out what the issue was and had it fixed in about five minutes. Very nice, very professional, and very good at what he does!
