Standing on Business

What made the experience great is that Regional Account Manager, Landaysia Lee, fulfilled the requested that I have been waiting on for a while with Quench Culligan. Our auditors expect our invoices to reflect the correct addresses the vendor is servicing. A previous rep stated that they couldn't change this because they couldn't find our city in the system which made it difficult for us. I needed this permanently updated in order to comply with our auditors requests. I'm hopeful that moving forward our invoices will reflect these changes, thanks to Ms. Landaysia Lee.

I had a problem with a leak

I had a problem with a leak. This was a water purifier from the company quench bought out. So really wasn’t even their equipment. The leak caused damage to my hardwood flooring at my office. Quench sent someone out to assess the situation and took care of everything. I will be a quench customer for as long as I stay in business. This company truly takes care of its customers and my patients absolutely love this water system. I give quench a 10 out of 10!!

The time frame on this repair is far…

The time frame on this repair is far too long. We have not had a water & ice machine all month. The start date of our correspondence started on 04.03.25 and I am still waiting for service rep to return for reap[ir to be completed.

Tech Robert Brown was great

The technician was super nice and…

The technician was super nice and friendly. The hot water wasn't working, so I created an order to have them check it. The Technician told me there was nothing wrong with it, just the tank/filter was too small., so when I need hot water, I will have to dispense about 4 cups of cold water to let the hot water tank filled up again. So you want me to stand there and dispense 4 cups of cold water and stand there for another 10 mins to wait for hot water? On top of that, if I had known they would charge me $100.00 bucks fee just for them to come tell me that, I wouldn't of ask them to come check. Yesterday I tried to get some hot water out and it was dripping slowly... anyway, don't bother to get Quench, not worth it. I rather just boil water from the kettle. But I'm stuck for 30 months with them.

everyone please be aware when you signed the contract, I have a screenshot that I spoke with Philip that I wanted the 12 months contracts, not the 24 months or 36 months. but for some reason, the contract shows 36 months. I don't know if they changed the 2nd sheet and attached the 3rd sheet (my signature). This company can be a scam, Please be careful

Only one issue with the last service…

Only one issue with the last service visit- The serviceman used screws that were too long when attaching equipment to one of our cabinets and left the sharp screw heads sticking out. Otherwise, the service was great.
