Just another company that traps customers in long 3-year contracts and never sends renewal reminders because they can't keep customers any other way. Completely against the new federal trade commission laws. They will be out of business soon as this company no longer has means to keep customers given these new laws. Never even stuck to their own contract. In 3 years, I received maintenance one time. Luckily, after my water unit became so degraded after no maintenance, I remembered to call in and get out of another horrible 3 years.

Terrance Moore did an excellent job addressing several issues that our store was experiencing. He also took his time to explain why he drained filters before installing new ones and why our lines were partially filled with hard water calcified build up (previous installer connected water line to hot water instead of cold).

We had five units that needed their filters changed and a new unit installed. I was extremely impressed with the work done by service engineer Paul K. He is extremely professional and helpful. Great to have partnership with these type of team members.

This has been the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. We scheduled to have our water relocated to a new location. The technician in charge no showed us 3 times and last minute cancelled over 5 times. It took us over a month to get our water moved. After countless phone calls and talking to various people the water machine finally got moved but must have been installed wrong because our hot water doesn't even work.
STRONGLY recommend a company who will be more professional. We will be switching ASAP.

The salesman lied and said there wasn't a contract. Our fault for not reading the fine print but come to find out we signed a 5 year lease. Never have we signed into a 5 year contract on something besides property or vehicles. He also lied and said he would have it serviced and we didn't have to do anything. Nope, not true. We have to set up all the service for it. The hot water works only when it wants to on both our machines no matter if it has been recently serviced or not. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because the service tech that comes to us is a super nice guy and is always helpful.
