Ordered 200+ large / long bespoke double wall plain boxes on Monday 29th Jan and delivered in 5 days on Friday 2nd Feb. Boxes are very good quality, delivery & packaging was spot on and also on time. The Customer Service from Hannah Smith from Quotation to Dispatch was excellent!!
We will certainly use this company again as they are much better than our previous supplier.

Ordered from these guys before. Excellent service and great product. Upon receiving goods, was asked to leave a review on Trust Pilot and in return receive a 10% discount on my next order.
Gone to reorder and not only have they said they now can't give me the promised 10% discount, the same order is now 50% dearer.
Was a great company which has now turned to greed and broken promises over a good customer service. What a shame!

Great company. Boxes delivered when they said

The boxes arrived without instructions And were delivered at the bottom of our driveway on a big palette with no means for us to get them up to the house. We ordered the pallete boxes and when they were built up they didn’t fit The base or lid.
They sent them out in good time but as they were urgent and not suitable for purpose when we received them we were Luger in a very tricky position (no boxes for the shipment). Emailed images explaining they don’t fit the base and lid and that they aren’t strong enough, they’ve said they can’t see a problem and currently in email to try and resolve/get a refund.

Boxes never arrived. Wasn't impressed with customer service.

Ordered two custom sizes of box. Arrived within a week and sized as requested. Great service, will reorder.
