We had the worst experience ever when we ordered cardboard boxes from quickbox last November/December 2018. The boxes we ordered were meant to be printed, however after a week or so I was informed that the printer was not functioning properly. Following this, we decided to go without the print because it was already getting past the deadline. we needed these boxes to pack some bispoke Christmas gifts to our clients.

At some point late in the day we were informed that the boxes were ready and dispatched to a depot in the UK . The depot confirmed that these had not arrived.

At some point in January or February 2019 I was informed that the boxes were delivered. At this point we did not require the boxes but we got them delivered to us anyway.

The worst was when I opened the packaging and saw that these cardboard boxes were just a piece of folded cardboard and they did not even close because they were all missing the closing flap on one end.

all in all - a complete disaster. I wouldn't have even bothered complaining until I received this email twice or three times because I could not see how to improve such a bad service and product.

Efficient and clear customer service, cleared my urgent custom order in 3 working days. Would recommend.

We order bespoke boxes and have recently switched supplier. The Quickbox Sales team are very helpful and turn around quotes promptly. Once order processed you are kept informed on order tracking etc. Great quality boxes too. Highly recommend Quickbox.

No communication. Had to chase order. Advised would arrive on time, didn’t. Missed event intended for. Yet to check the quality.

Am sorry but I ordered some sample boxes in April and will be/maybe July before receiving the full order. There is a printer fault issue which in itself is fine and these things happen but why didn't anyone tell me there is a 3 month delay when ordering! Plus I have had to keep emailing for updates, no one volunteered me any updates unless I kept asking. Gave 3 stars only because the actual sample box (the one you order to see if ok) is actually quite good. Shame about the customer service, certainly think about removing the Quick from the title.

Excellent service and product. Ordered boxes late on a Friday afternoon for a new product release and had the first batch the following Wednesday. Certainly deserve the Quickbox.co name! Will be back sooner than you think! Many Thanks

It was very easy to order online. They were cheaper than my usual supplier and the boxes arrived quickly too. I was very pleased.

6 weeks to receive 5 boxes, print looks like heavy black on thin paper, and cut's look like they've been done with a saw
However, aftercare has put better faith into the company. We are after high quality product, for general use could be useful to the right person
