Quick delivery and good price
I ordered two bottles of RHS weedkiller which were difficult to obtain at this time. They arrived very quickly indeed and we’re well packaged. The price was good too.Thank you Quickcrop - I shall buy from you again.

3rd time buying from Quickcrop. Have not yet put raised beds together yet, as just moved property, Whilst Wood supplied looks to be OK, my only comment would be that communication needs to be improved as Material arrived with no warning it was on the way.

Slow at shipping replacement parts when parts weren't delivered, and shipped the wrong replacement parts.
Some planks warped, knot holes through planks, planks not at stated length, damaged/split planks, screws missing.

Their customer service has been excellent, with very quick responses to the questions I've emailed them, and excellent knowledge of their products. The raised beds I have bought from them are very well made and were pretty straightforward to assemble. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I'm sure people who said they struggled to put up the raised beds or weren't sent screws must either be very weak, very dense, very unlucky ... Or from competitor companies. Everything was present and correct and construction was easy, so far as I was concerned. I'll be ordering another four beds once I've prepared the ground.

Personal touch
I liked Quickcrops website, it looked nice and caring. I wanted a specific item, an arbour, and they offered it at a good price. I expected to pay extra for shipping but no, it was under £5 !
I had reason to contact the company and my questions were answered personally which I respect immensely.
The arbour is now built and is a place I can sit and read and remember those I have lost.
