Quickfile is very easy to use and navigate. It is more cost effective than other commercial software and meets the needs of 3 businesses I am involved with across different sectors. It is robust with no downtime experienced in 5 years and links seamslessly with HMRC.

Has all the functionality and tools needed to run a small business. Simple processes and intuitive to use. With the added knowledge the software can be upscaled as the business grows. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a robust accounting software provider.

It is a brilliant accounting software. It does everything and more..., very quick and intuitive. Well done! The team behind the package deserves all my admiration for what they have achieved.

CALCULATES EVERYTHING .NAVIGATION CAN BE TIME CONSUMING ,BUT OVERALL GOOD .

I cannot recommend Quick File enough. It does everything you need an accounting package to do at a fraction of the cost of other packages.
The customer service is outstanding. If you make a mistake or can’t work out how to do something they reply really quickly

The system is very easy to use, I needed no real training needed as I was able start using it intuitively. I've been using it for 3 years now and the system has never been down. Makes filing the tax return very easy.

Great tool that really helped me (an amateur) learn the basics of management accounting - lots of support online and intuitive user interface.

Its free and does everything you need from accounting software. It's better than the very expensive versions like intuit. There is a little bit of a learning curve but once you start using it the software is straight forward. I am very happy with quickfile it has saved me £100's each year.

Quickfile makes preparing accounts very easy with their bank feed. I have used better-known accounting packages and find Quickfile easier to use than any of them. Bookkeeping is no longer a chore.

Not all products are good quality.
I bought a video camera with a very weak battery and I couldn't return

Having used QuickBooks for a number of years, whilst setting up a brand new UK limited company my accountant suggested trying QuickFile instead. I can not recommend QuickFile highly enough, and it has been a pleasure to use.

In fact, I have been so impressed that I will be transferring my other company over at the end of the current financial year.

I was fortunate to find Quickfile after not getting the online payment function I needed with Quickbooks/Xero, they have since provided it but I would never switch back. Quickfile has all the functionality of other leading accounting software, receipt uploads, banking feeds, autotagging, links and APIs to CRMs and much more but it costs less. Not only that the help is second to none. Love this software, the people that run it are real and I refuse to be pushed to the better known ones because accountants know them better.

This is quite a user-unfriendly system.
E.g. we have a PayPal business account where customers do payments in different currencies, and sometimes we have PayPal fees in different currencies. QuickFile simply doesn't pick up these transactions, it should do so using historic exchange rates from e.g. xe.com .
