Excellent FREE accounting package
Very impressed with Quick File, I am familar with Sage, Quick Books and Xero and I think Quick File is probably better! Whats better its completely free for micro business too AND you can even file accounts for silly money! All in all very good.

Very easy to use. Much simpler than other platforms I've tried in the past. Bank feed works well although needs confirming on a regular basis (this is due to the bank's policy) and updates within 48hrs

I can’t rate QuickFile highly enough
I can’t rate QuickFile highly enough. I have a small (one person!) business and am not an accountant. I was able to get things up and running easily with QuickFile, including bank integration, which works really well. When things grew and I needed professional help, I simply granted my accountant access to my QuickFile and he was able to do everything online in a few minutes. I now send invoices electronically and track when payments are received in my bank. It’s an online system and kudos to the developers - the screens load quickly and and don’t recall ever having a single technology issue!

BALANCE THE BOOKS...
As a sole trader with minimum book keeping knowledge. I find quickfile a great option. It did take me a little time to learn the site and successfully balance 'The Books' but, this was likely my lack of experience with accounting software.
I was initially drawn towards quickfile over other accounting software due to the free option. Which gave me time to transfer over to digital without paying for software I wasn't familiar with.
With a Dropbox and Banking integration, the whole set up, just works.

Easy to use
I don't know how to use Quickfile but Grok does, so it was easy to do anything I needed to do. I have converted from Quickbooks and I would never go back. Quickfile is delivered at a good price for the very small business.
