Best Hosting Provider - 14 Years of Comparisons

I have used Windows Remote Desktop and Virtual Servers since 2009. Our previous providers were UKFast, RackSpace and FastHosts. In late 2019 we moved to QuickHostUK due to decreasing standards of support and value for money.

Nearly every aspect of our business relies on our secured remote servers, making procurement a highly stringent process. Being able to demonstrate a best in class service, with proven levels of bullet-proof-security, network resilience, uptime and expert technical support are 'must haves', as is value-led returns on investment

From the provisioning and migration stage, QuickHostUK have genuinely exceeded our expectations of customer support, and particularly their round-the-clock, proactive technical support team.

We recently experienced a non supplier led total loss of access to one of our servers. Even though this was a fault not caused by QuickHost, what took 3 months and a private IT consultant to resolve with our last provider, took QuickHost around 2 hours to resolve.

Within that timescale they built a carbon copy of our original server delivering an emergency migration which had zero data loss and virtually no downtime.

This company is genuinely a first class provider, and I could not speak more highly of what they deliver.

this is the dogs...

totally helpful in assisting this novice to be up and running with my fully configurable VPS in no time...and at a very fair price. Telephone answered within seconds...no endless chat popup! 24/7 support and twice as fast and cheaper than my previous hosting for the bot which I run 24/7.
And a free trial to boot!
There's a lot of promise out there but this is the dogs..

Reliable infrastructure, prompt support responses

When I called them up the very first time we spoke on technical on phone immediately - without requiring to send emails and/or raise a ticket. This was very helpful to evaluate QuickHostUK. They also respect your privacy - they pointed out what they don't accept according to their TnC, but didn't really want to know details on what I am actually doing.

I am now since May 2022 with them. Few times I had to contact technical support due to 3rd party email issues mostly, but the response was always prompt, helpful and straight to the core of the problem.

In short - what they have promised with my very first initial call was upheld for sure. I wasn't surprised by anything later on. They were honest what they offer.

If I would have known them earlier I would have signed up to them a long time ago already, they are a reliable partner to work with.

I have been a customer of QH for many years now and I have loved the personal feel of the company and the Rapid dedicated support they offer at very very reasonable rates. We may not be the best fit for your needs at this point but we thank you for your review. You could consider using a CDN to cache any content in your user's local continent. I hope this helps.

this has to be the most helpful hosting company out there. helpful and knowledgeable.... have always been patient and gone above and beyond what you would expect. not everyone in the world is a server wizard and they understand that .they have done so much that wasn't really expected and got it right each time. i would highly recommend them for any and all of their services
