We have used Quick Host e-mail plans for years now and have had the staff help us out with very specific spam filters this week. In the past, the staff have been great with logging into another service outside of Quick Host to help set up something we needed. The e-mail speeds are now faster and everything is great.

On this day I needed to move a charity site from another host. The domain was registered with another registrar. For the charity, it was critical that there was as little downtime as possible. I don't know how this was done, but the downtime seemed to be just a few hours, mainly at night. Various tweaks, such as increasing the maximum file upload size. These were quickly and cheerfully accommodated.
Over the past decade, my business has worked with three other hosts. QuickHostUK is the best, for my needs.

Worst experience ever.
Bought a VPS one day, and two days later it got suspended. They say it received an abuse report, and guess what, that VPS was being used as my personal mailserver, they suspended it, I didn't receive any abuse report. They simply ignored it, and they kept it suspended. I asked for a refund, as I have paid it annually, they refused to do it. Opened a Paypal dispute.

I've been using Quickhost for a while now since my old email provider ceased trading. Everything has been fine with them. Most recently I needed to set my partner up with a decent email service on her own domain (she's been using free Microsoft mail forever but, there are too many deliverability issues with it now). There was a time-sensitive element to it and I was worried because we were trying to get it done during a bank holiday weekend. In the event though, Quickhost came through for us Royally, despite my inadvertently trying to sabotage the process with goof ups (like my specifying a domain that was already taken! duh). They were extremely patient, nothing I asked was a problem, & here I am, sat at the computer on the sunday, with my partner's email 100% fully functional with all the DNS, deliverability records etc fully as they should be. Choose Quickhost with confidence.

Generally a very good experience. Knowledgeable and friendly support staff who are pretty quick at getting back to you and getting technical issues (and, for that matter, customer misunderstanding issues) sorted rapidly. DNS management & SmarterMail administration seems to be very straightforward. Couple of very minor minus points - not all Scottish counties are in the allowable county list so address has to be slightly wrong, and some of the information in the automated emails is out of date (SPF info is wrong in the SmarterMail welcome message - lists just the smartermail host and not the mail gateways). Overall, around a month in, and I'm pretty happy with QuickhostUK's service.

I have been looking for some decent colocation for a while now, and came across QuickhostUK this week. After a quick phone call, I had decided they were the perfect fit for me. I placed my order, and within 30 minutes I had all of my IPv4/IPv6 subnets allocated.
Cerrie and the NOC had no trouble setting up one of the networks to be routed, to allow me to put my own virtualised pfSense firewall in between.
They were super flexible when arranging an install time, allowing me to install during awkward hours. On site, the install went smoothly, and we were able to use the build room to finish off any configuration we had, with access to the kitchen for refreshments.
Would definitely recommend!

I created a QuickHostUK account after my current host Bytemark appears to have fallen off a cliff with support.
Creating a VPS was easy, prices looked good, and the pre-sales support was reasonably quick.
Where it fell over, was they seemed unable to successfully route 2 IP4 IP addresses to the server, and it was declared that it wasn't their responsibility as "they are not Ubuntu" and it was my responsibility to support my server.
Fair enough to some extent, but if your infrastructure was not connecting or your OS build didn't support the simple addition of a 2nd IP, that is your problem, not mine.
Why the 3 stars and not 1 star? Well, most people won't have my problem and on the positive side, support was reasonably quick, they tried to help and there was zero hassle when getting a refund under the 30-day guarantee when I decided to move to another provider.

This is so far the worst VPS provider , i just bought a vps and had buy ipv6 separately and they have default name server which you cant change unless you communicate to their customer service which takes ages to reply.
Please do not take VPS service from them if you don't want to waste your time.
