Wouldn't buy from them again you find difficult getting in touch and if you have a fault it takes time hand problem with docking system if I had been out they couldn't come had to leave car unlocked on drive which in valdted my insurance and I had paid full asking price had the feeling that only interested in getting your money

This company has no morals they think nothing of ripping an elderly gentleman out of £5,500.00 Shame on you Quingo 😡
For all claims to the Brilliance promolgated by Quingo
I found my Scooter to be Heavy, cumbersome ,very feeling of being unsafe Whilst riding it.
Sold to me as portable machine - it was anything bot portable - suitable to be disassembled for transportation by car.”WEIGHS A TON” partner &self could not lift it .
Company not very helpful . Repairs long winded to fix
Leasing contract unable to be terminated.
Felt that I hoodwinked overall. Would NOT recommend trolley or company. Very Pricy.
Note. Quingo were trying to resolve, but their clock ran out I purchased a used Quingo elsewhere.
I’d read a selection of Quingo reviews on Trustpilot, from one star to five, and believed them all. I completed a contact form expressing interest in something that could take my weight (145kg) and also be stowed in my SUV, which I knew would narrow my choice to the Flyte and the Plus. A lady called who arranged a demo at which my questions could be answered.
He arrived promptly and suggested he come inside to talk, first, He asked lots of questions, the relevance of which I could not see, and I tolerated this for a little while. But all I really wanted was to sit in the two scooters of interest, assess their comfort, try out the five-wheels idea, and have some of my questions answered. But this was difficult to get across as being more important than the forms he was completing, the financing or the insurance he was telling me about, or getting through his pitch. Eventually my impatience grew to the point where I felt able to be blunt, which did the trick.
He'd brought five scooters with him - a different seats on each, but he was unable to tell me which seats were compatible with which scooters – or their costs. But I did learn Quingo’s claim, that all their chairs are ‘adaptable in height, width and depth’, actually meant an engineer’s visit rather than simply tugging a lever; and that the same isalso true of their ‘Feet Forward Adaptive Foot Plates’. Apparently, doing it myself would invalidate the warrantee!
I was also told the MK2 Docking station came free with the Quingo Flyte, which is at odds with their website which sells it as an added option at £900.
The experience left me rather flat. How can I possibly trust this company? Well, I cannot, so I won’t be buying a Quingo. This, actually, is a real shame, because their scooters seem great. The five wheels provide great stability; the ‘adaptive’ foot plates were comfy even for a big man with size 14 shoes; and some of the chairs were also really comfy.
The company arranged a appointment to demonstrate the scooters saying that there was no pressure to buy one. The next day I had a phone call to change the appointment to the following afternoon where she insisted on doing a credit check before she came. The following day was when the appointment was due but no one turned up. So I rang up once again and was told that the appointment had been cancelled. I found the staff not very helpful. Suggest that you look elsewhere for a mobility scooter.

The sales man Russell was very caring polite and was very helpful about the size and fitting of the scooter and which scooter was the right one which means my daughter has no problem getting out and about now as she was limited as to where she could go the 5 wheel scooter is amazing and would recommend any one to visit quingo
All of your sails reps were polite and kind, they helped me in every way they could. I've been on it now into town it feels very comfortable to use and easy.
THANK YOU
The demonstration and operation was very good and the bonus being that they came to your home in your own environment.
When the scooter was delivered the technician took great pain to demonstrate the setting up of the docking station and and operation of the vehicle.
very professional company vey happy with the quality of my scooter thank you
Everything from my first contact with Quingo has been first rate. All staff have been totally reliable & knowledgeable. I cannot find a single fault with the service I have received. My Quingo ultra has given me back my freedom, it takes very little time to charge after use & costs very little to charge. I could not be more pleased with my purchase & I highly recommend Quingo to anyone with mobility issues.
The service was great and the man who came to see me was very informative and helpful. I was given a trial on a scooter that I was interested in and was then measured so everything was right for me. One week later as promised my new quingo arrived and once again a very helpful man went through all the details and I had another test ride before he eventually left me with my new quingo. I have had several different types of scooters but none I felt so safe on and reassured with everything explained in detail. I was also supplied with a full pack giving me all the details of warrenty and instructions to do with my new Quingo. I am a very happy lady.
The principal issue is the indicated range. 30 miles ! Downhill with a following wind and pulled by a camel, maybe
Better to consider 10 with new batteries and declining to about 2 after a couple i years

The whole package, arranging, demo, order, delivery and introduction were excellent. Top marks to Qingo.
Totally ripped of bought the quango light 4 days later was rushed to hospital a d kept in for 2 weeks.
When home decided the docking station took up to much of car.
Phoned quingo to change my order only to be told to late
As 14 days had passed even when I explained I was rushed to hospital still made now difference.
I wanted to return flyte and buy a bigger and more expensive one.
Came to see me and said would call next week.
Nothing happened so I called again
When they eventually got back to me offered me £2200
For the flyte witch had not moved since delivery. And witch I had paid £6300 for
I bought the lager model and in the end paid nearly 12,000 for the scooter.
Great product but make sure you buy tight one first time or get ripped of big time.
