If I could give them zero I would their customer service is really bad
Avoid this seller

We booked two weeks with you at Martham Mill and deeply regret it. The outside area was lovely but inside was awful. As we entered the place we could smell the damp. The paint was flaking off the walls. The place is done up on a shoestring with really old furniture and there is not even a wardrobe to hang clothes. The place is awful. We left after a week and informed the owner who was not interested and very condescending.

The hut was just awesome with everything we needed for the couple of days we spent there. Absolutely loved the eco friendly set up. The surroundings was peaceful with 3 sheep and 3 chickens in our view, I adored the chickens so friendly.
Mary &Mick are.such lovely people and made our stay extra special. The little touches of home made bread ,biscuits eggs and jam were wonderful. The hot tub was perfect and the endless supply of logs for it and the fire pit and bbq . A very special place to be. And so we're the owners. Thank you

Paid a lot of money for a 3 night stay for my sons 21st birthday with Super Yacht Temptation through Quirky and never again. No access to toilets throughout the duration of the stay on the Yacht but instead having to take a 5 minute walk to use the public toilets/shower rooms on the marina. Emailed to express the disappointment and now being ignored. This experience ruined the special birthday. Angry and disgusted with lack of customer service from the Yacht company and will be looking at taking it further.

Basically there were like nice people and many sticks around the tent made it feel accommodating for my fish. My cat liked the lake for her daily skydive into a volcano to see the aquarium for him to see a giraffe eating a hippo in the cold air of Australia. Vote this useful thank you 👍

I've just returned from a fantastic one night stay in central London.
I live in the city and didn't want to have to travel far but to feel like I'd had a proper escape. Quirky came up trumps with something unusual in a wonderful tranquil setting so even though it was a short stay we came away feeling totally recharged. So much better than a soulless hotel stay.
It was great to experience another part of the city and not have to rush home.

We can’t recommend Quirky Accommodation highly enough. We are holiday let owners (Long Barrow Windmill). Several of our guests have said they always book with Quirky and have never been disappointed, and Jess has always been outstandingly helpful in all the dealings we’ve had with her. Plus it’s lovely that they are a non-profit company with all their profits going to charities and good causes.

I have booked staytastic Aeropad, and made a payment of £85, they have a policy on place where no refunds are accepted, surely as a gesture due to the change in my circumstance they can communicate with the owner so that I can get my refund in full, I was advised that the communication is to be made with the owner and surely Quirkyaccom received a set amount of commission and they are no longer able to help. This does not make sense as I am still awaiting a response and I expect my full refund as this location is not suited for me and regardless of the policy as a customer I made contact within a matter of few hours to cancel and was advised that the refund is no longer available, I would ideally like to escalate this further if no refund is made. Thank you.

My partner and stayed on Ellie yacht and it was a lovely experience. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and enjoyed sitting on deck watching the waves. The owner was really pleasant and informative and gave us complete privacy to fully immerse ourselves in the luxury of staying on board his yacht. Would definitely recommend staying and would happily stay again in the future

If you want to embrace nature and enjoy the peace and tranquility, then I strongly recommend you book a break at the House of Round.
The accommodation is delightfully quirky and has all the ammenities you need.
Outside, you have the luxury of your own, secluded hot tub and BBQ area. You can venture further in the picture surroundings, walking alongside babbling brook picnic or have a BBQ in a private meadow whilst enjoying the sounds and sights of nature.
The hosts (Ian and Kiba) are second to none, offering to accommodate you in any way possible; they have thought of everything in order for you you to have the most perfect stay. We were lucky to have been able to stay an extra night, as we didn't really want to leave!
We have already booked up for another stay here and will continue to do so!

We are new accommodation providers with Old Rose Shepherd Hut on the Devon/Somerset border. The whole process of advertising with Quirkyaccommodation has been so easy with Jess and her team helping us through it. We have had three bookings in our first couple of weeks so thank you to everyone involved.

Myself and my partner had the most amazing weekend here! A very peaceful tranquil cabin in the woods. The accommodation was very clean and well thought out. You really are back to basics and it is just perfect. We weren’t brave enough to try the sola shower during storm Arwen but everything else was just perfect! The owners are very friendly and accommodating and their birds are fabulous! We are already looking at booking our next stay!

We had a fabulous stay at the House of Round, immersed in a vast area of private woodland and the sounds of nature. It is a perfect place to relax, unwind and escape everyday life for a few days. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, quirky, cosy and extremely comfortable. We will never forget a hot tub experience under a full moon, cold autumn sky, with owls hooting all around us. Owner Ian and his daughter Kiba provided a beautiful welcome gift and made us most welcome. Lovely people, for whom nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend House of Round and will return in the future.

Absolutely fantastic nothing to fault and had the best most relaxing time ever . Thank you for such a wonderful place and will definitely be coming back soon

I’ve just come back from a wonderful couple of nights away at Oak & Stars Hideaway, in a little town called Honley, near Holmfirth. I booked this lovely little hut as a surprise birthday break for my fiancé and was not disappointed. Chloe, the person of contact, was very helpful and supplied all information necessary and a few recommendations for somewhere to dine. The hut was cosy, comfortable and very clean. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax, even if we did have mixed weather. Also I have to give a little shout out to a charming little chap, Toby the spaniel, who popped round to give surprise visits and be full of beans. Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a break away from life.
