Love this website and Jess's recommendation and assistance was top drawer. Not got a lot of time on hands so gave jess an outline on mail of what was looking for and she responded very quickly with some great suggestions of what was available. I work for Forest Holidays who have been using Quirkyaccom for around 8 months now. We started with just having one of our locations listed as a trail but quickly included our full portfolio as the number of referrals we were receiving was fantastic (and has continued to grow).

When we sat down to review our marketing it was clear that even on a basic package Quirky Accom was creating far more enquiries, and more importantly bookings, than the well known holiday cottage listing site. So the choice of whether to upgrade our listing with QA or continue with the other website was easy and since we have upgraded with QA it has become one of our two primary sources of bookings throughout the year and paid for itself many times over.

Running a very small high end boutique Bed and Breakfast in Valencia, it was such a surprise that one of our guests told us she ´collected unusual places to stay ´and would we be allowed to be mentioned on het website? Of course we don´t mind. We thought we wren´t that quirky at all, but maybe the combination of a morning meditation, than a five star Champagne breakfast followed by some yoga might indeed be Quirky. Who wants to stay at a hotel, when OuirkyAccom has such a great list to choose from, and mostly all tested by the owner. I love being out of the mainstream, but always want to be comfortable, so this is why I love the selection at QuirkyAccom! Nope, it does not get realer than this and don´t forget: 1) Paris Hilton is rich enough 2) Unusual experiences shared make them more memorable. I really like working with Quirky Accommodation and having my listing with them. Jess is quick to respond to my questions and she is professional. I do get a lot of bookings through my QA website listing and when I got my second boat 'Queenie' Jess enabled me to have it up on the QA site very quickly.

Just want to applaud Jess's passion and determination to find the best properties, get the best deals, and give her clients the best possible holidays. She's the best, so there's never any need to go anywhere else.

Jess is very prompt answering queries and sorting out any glitches, thank you. We have had a lot of enquiries about our property and some of these have turned into bookings, it would be great if more turned into bookings I am hoping that when we sign up and have our own calendar that may make things easier also there will be room to include some guest reviews which should encourage more potential guests to feel secure about enquiring. Overall very happy thanks.

Now into our third year on Quirky, the bookings still come flooding in for my Airstream caravan. Jess who runs the site is brilliant at helping in any way and the success of the website is largely due to her advice and dedication to her business. Well done!

We are an unusual UK B&B; we have been registered with the site for just under two years and have been very pleased with the way the site is run. We feel we have a great personal service, they are easy to contact, and very quick to respond. We find this site drives about 70% of our business to us, so we feel it works well for us.

I have registered for the Overseas Priority Listing and, although this site is functioning mainly as a British site at the moment, it seems this does mean you can get seen first as soon as a client does a search for your country - and only for £50/€65 for one year. This is a fraction of the cost of the big boys and for similar results (in my case anyway).
I loved the fact that QuirkyAccom did the loading of the listing for me and it immediately went live (not what I experienced with other sites where I have had problems and no one to speak to.) Jess answers quickly and personably everytime.

I have been very happy with the great results from Quirkyaccom and this has showed in the high occupancy rate for my holiday accommodation. Jess is friendly and helpful and her email response is quick. I am so pleased to have found Quirky as it reflects my holiday let perfectly.
