After reading some of the reviews here I was sceptical and even more since spending nearly £1000 online, but I’m glad I did, my experience with Quirumed has been great - even after ordering online I needed to verify regarding the plug on the bed and within an hour I had an answer - delivery was shipped on time and the local carrier delivered on the day as advised by Quirmed (despite being in the highlands) great product , arrived as described in the email - pallet to the door (not inside) so I knew full well not to expect it to taken indoors - very pleased - would use them again and recommend
I originally did a review saying this:
I bought a wheel chair at the beginning of August that I need it after my surgery. The item was available on internet and I kept waiting and waiting to arrive and it never did. Later they informed me that I would receive the item on the 26th of August. Again it was out of stock until September. I have cancelled my order on the 3rd of September. They asked me to send the details for the refund and they keep messing around that I haven’t sent them the details. It is a real headaches. Please avoid.
Today 1st of October we still don’t have a replied since the 26th of September. We explained that we did the payment of the wheelchair with a our father name and bank account and they dont understand this. They still not answer and I haven’t received money yet.
Don’t buy anything with them and I don’t think we will have the money back at this point as they keep finding excuses not to pay us back- examples: they asked us to contact the finance team with all the details, I did sent to them like 5 emails with this. Costumer services said that they finance team haven’t received the bank account details and now they are confuse because the payment was done in a different name. Please keep reading this space as I will keep updating everything here.

Wheelchair supplied 26th April 2024 has now been broken over two weeks, unsafe to use, both brakes have failed!
Different brakes on the wheelchair to the ones advertised.
Only automatic responses from emails.
Do not use this company.

It looks to me that delivery of an empty bag to London is a bit expensive.

We are still chasing a refund for a faulty autoclave which cost over £1,500 from nearly 4 months ago.
Even when you send IBAN, account details etc, they still give you an excuse not to process, we are now being forced to pursue via European Consumer centre.
Stall, stall, stall - do not use.
Wait for the excuse in response.

Please do not buy from this company.
They sent me the wrong, faulty product.
Ignored my emails.
Now they have finally answered my emails they won’t collect it or give a refund.
I am left with a couch which I can’t use and I’m out of pocket.
I had to then buy another couch (from a far better UK suppler for over £1,000 as I needed it next day delivery).
The emails I get from this company contradict themselves. They got my name wrong. No apology for the shocking service. I’m starting legal action against them.
20/9/24 EDIT: Not only was it the wrong colour it had a broken arm on the couch. you ignore all my emails to get this sorted, so when I had to open my new clinic, I had no storage for a dirty, broken, huge box. I emailed you this - which you ignored again.
Your service has been terrible from the start.
It could have been resolved within the week but you chose to ignore my emails and this caused our business stress and alot of wasted hours sorting your mistake.

I purchased a cosmetic bed from this company for my business. I thought it would be worth it because they have good reviews and are expensive compared to others.
Here I am couple months letter.
I have stains on my bed, any piece of clothing that has something darker on it automatically leaves stains that I didn't have on my cheap bed.
After a lot of email back and forth with their customer service. I reported it. A few months later, today I was supposed to receive a product that was supposed to help. Yesterday I wrote to them a email and got the answer that I should wait until next month. What kind of unprofessional and shameless company is this?
I would not recommend this company to any of my colleagues or clients.

Have used Quirumed in the past for small items with success. Recently bought a treatment couch which stopped working within 6 months. Currently waiting over a month to get an answer on a replacement part with no delivery date in sight. Cannot recommend their after sales service. Would not but a treatment couch again.
A Disappointing Experience for UK Customers
If you live in the UK, I would recommend thinking twice before ordering from Quirumed. They do not have a UK helpline, which makes it incredibly difficult to get real-time support. When I tried to return a product, their response was that I had to arrange and pay for the pick-up and shipment back myself—an unexpected hassle for an international order.
To make matters worse, their International Sales Manager sent an email stating that they should "Please ignore this customer," not realizing that I had been copied in on the message. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when you're dealing with international returns and issues.
Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend using their services if you're based in the UK.

Terrible service
Was informed reception desk would be fully assembled. It wasn’t and arrived flat packed on a pallet! Driver dropped it off at back door and would not bring it in. He also left the pallet.
When I rang up to complain they never answered my phone call. I tried for days with no answer.
So I emailed and the reply I got was disgraceful!
Terrible customer service!
Would not recommend!
Would not use again!

Very difficult to contact this company with a basic question. All personnel replying seemed to have French as a first language and they did not answer me clearly.
I couldn't get far enough online to pay for the goods I wanted, and when I rang the UK number there was the worst music I've ever heard and nobody answered.
Decided to cut my losses and buy elsewhere.

Not sure what the company’s ethos is but the level of customer service is appalling.
First electric wheelchair has had to have 2 new batteries as they lost the ability to charge after 6 months . It took 3 months to resolve this problem.
Second wheelchair, no longer working after 17 days from date of order . The problem , PCB board fault flashing on joy stick .
I’m currently 200 miles from home without a working wheelchair. QUIRUMED response , fill out a form .
Don’t ever buy anything from this firm . I will never buy anything from them again.
By the way I have been using electric wheelchairs for 25 years and rely on them for my ability to live my life .

Not good at all!
Returned a faulty wheel-chair (order no. 810002280). Have now been waiting over a month of the refund. They say that the bank transaction was made on the 31st of July, but still no money. Promised me to send a bank statement for verification, but nothing received yet. No answers on emails and not possible to reach the Customer Services over phone.

Shocking service, have spent at least 5+hours on hold etc with this company waiting to resolve my issue, then having to call and sort problems myself with their delivery company, they left my purchase out in the rain all day, furious NOT WORTH the discounted price...

Read a lot of reviews on this company mostly negative. Ordered a product much cheaper than anywhere I’ve seen and was asked for identification number from passport or driving license. I gave my license number and within 24 hours the item had arrived via courier on a pallet. Absolutely no problem, great price and full communication. Would order again without worry.

Terrible Service. They don't see to know what they are doing! We ordered a massage table on 24/7/24 with promised delivery time of 24/48H. We were advised the our order was ready for dispatch on 24/7/24 so we were expecting delivery on 25th or 26th. By the 29/7 our item had not arrived and we had received no further notifications. When I looked on my account it showed that the delivery date was expected for 26/7. When I contacted the courier company they advised that the item had not been given to them by Quirumed. When I contacted Quirumed they blamed the courier. I was promised call backs on several occasions, by the courier and by Quirumed but they all failed to do so. I had to keep ringing to eventually find out that my item was out of stock, even though they told me verbally they had another 2 showing in stock and would send me a replacement! I am glad I paid by Paypal as my money got refunded the following day. I would recommend caution when dealing with this supplier. And if you are trying to ring them then the only way you will get through is to choose the option to suggest you want to place a new order - otherwise you won't get to speak to a human from my experience.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE SELLER'S RESPONSE
If what you say is true (ie. the item wasn't picked up from the warehouse) then the item would still be 'in stock' - not out of stock as you subsequently told me! And - I called at least twice before, in addition to the 5 times I spoke to you, and pressed the other phone options as a customer who had already placed an order and each time I was met with a recorded message. The only time I got to speak to a human is when I pressed the option to say I wanted to place a new order!
And lastly, the reason I rang 5 times as you point out is that you promised to call me back on 2 occasions and never did - and on the last time you promised to look into it and call me back you didn't - you just sent me the cancellation notice a few minutes later to say the item was out of stock.
So - just to summarise - BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY> READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST

If there was a no star option I would select it. This company are crooks. They sent me faulty items in damaged packaging. I follow their returns policy to the letter and it’s now 3 months down the line and I still haven’t had a refund.
They make excuses,
They blame the customer,
They don’t send you what you ask for.
They are awful.
DO NOT BUY from them! I will never shop from them ever again.
Very Poor Customer services and very bad for business as they are so unreliable.
