Although my new PC was delivered late due to Black Friday traffic, it works really well and I love it!

I found out about Quoted.Tech from a friend of a friend. Was introduced to the company with one of the employeess. Answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful.

The custom build took a month to arrive due to parts procurement I assume, but well worth the wait. Quite literally a plug and play and performs to the standard of the parts chosen for the build. I really appreciated the GREAT wire management. Amazing packaging of the PC as well to withstand the shipping across Canada. Great prices too!

Will highly recommend this company to friends or anyone that wants to buy a pre-built.

When I was out looking for different pc builders, I came across quoted tech in best buy.

The customization options available were really well explained, and helped me research the most ideal parts that suited my budget.

I spoke to support quite a few times with questions regarding parts compatibility and the most suitable parts for my needs and budget. Support was highly responsive and helped me make an informed decision about the most suitable parts for my gaming rig.

What was really quite impressive was how quoted tech discovered that some parts that they ordered were defective such as fans etc and informed me to wait a bit longer for them to get replacements, instead of just shipping out the pc. I've used cyberpowerpc before in the past year and it was quite a horrible experience constantly doing RMA's for parts when the PC was only 4 months old.

Either way, for a Canadian based company with a local office to visit if you ever encounter problems, and the warranty coverage offered they're an exceptional choice for your gaming needs.

So if your in the market for a new custom pc build, I'd recommend quoted tech for your gaming needs.

The main selling point was the awesome support I received and I was a very picky person who kept asking about everything.

The build is good. Not expensive compared to other stores. Assembled very carefully. The case is also nice. Temperature is good, not overheating even with an ultra setting for the most of new games (around 70C).
I ordered a PC on January 22nd. It was delivered on 18th of Feb. It came with instructions and also you can find a video on their Youtube chanel how to do it.
All in all, i'm happy with my purchase.

I recently bought a custom built PC from Quoted Tech. They used the highest quality parts and the build quality is top notch. Assembly and shipping time was acceptable, quality of build was excellent. I have absolutely no problems with performance, no technical issues or cosmetic damage. Prices were fair and worth it entirely. Overall I appreciate the craftsmanship and transparency, a easily earned five stars.

Very professional, quick responses on costumer support, pretty good ratio of price/performance if you don't want to build your own computer. Good source to buy a pre made pc.

I enjoyed my experience talking with the support team for quote tech it was quite easy to talk to them and explain my questions and I got my answers back really quickly overall really amazing customer support the only issue I had was with delivery but that was not their fault it was Canada Post overall good experience PC runs great too

My dad was generous enough to buy me the Great North Competition for Christmas, which he ordered on December 18. It arrived on January 24 but the wait was more than worth it! The build is absolutely beautiful and was easy to set up, and runs games like Call of Duty and Marvel Rivals like an absolute dream. Could not recommend more.

Purchased on December 16th 2024 from Best Buy. Got the PC two week after (postal issue it seems).
The Wifi was not working properly. I try Best Buy service and Quoted Tech service. After 2 weeks of trial and error, we've reinstalled the WIFI driver and everything is working great !

Ordered a custom-made gaming pc from Quoted Tech on Dec 26/24/ Received it on Jan 15, 2025. The computer was well packaged and looks great. Upon starting my system up and setting up windows, I noticed that my Kingston ram was not lighting up. I was able to find a program online that resolved this problem. Quoted Tech were able to provide me with the name of a program that allows me to control the fan lights. I am, so far, very pleased with my custom-built computer. Looking at the entire experience of ordering my computer, I wish I would have been more involved with the built by having the opportunity to discuss whether my selection of parts was what I needed. This is the first time I have ever selected parts that I would like for a build, however, wasn't sure whether they would make a good fit for what I imagined. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and hope that the computer serves me well for many, many years.

After extensive research, I knew I wanted a Quoted Tech PC. I tried twice to order one on BestBuy and ran into order problems. Throughout that process, Quoted Tech reached out to and kept in contact with me. The second time my order was canceled by BestBuy, I phoned Quoted Tech and got Luigi on the phone. Within 5 minutes he agreed to give me the same PC for the same price I would have gotten it on BestBuy, plus he gave me free shipping.

Shipping took time due to Christmas and the postal strike, but I expected that and have zero complaints. My PC arrived extremely well packaged, and it's a beautiful machine!

I purchased a gaming computer from Quoted Tech for my grandson for Xmas. It was a pleasure to work with Kevin who helped me select the correct computer and with some changes my grandson wanted assembled an amazing gaming computer. Ordered a gaming computer that had been advertised on the Best Buy Marketplace. After misrepresenting themselves in stating that items ship within 2 days (order status was ready to e shipped for 5 days) I get an email stating that they just received the parts to create my computer and were just then printing label. After replying to them and calling them out on the lie, I received an email patronizing saying that there was "some miscommunication". And now two days later no one is replying to my emails.

Their customer service is impeccable, they reply super fast to make sure your questions or concerns are answered. The PC arrived safely packaged and placed on our door step. Wonderful cable management and clean! PC runs amazing and looks just as good! Will definitely get another pc from them!

I just thought I would drop a line of Thanks - and Praise - to the team at Quoted Tech. Despite being foolish enough to buy a computer in the middle of a postal strike, the QT Team kept me in the loop in a way that calmed my concerns while I sat waiting for my new system.
When I got the it, everything worked beautifully: the package was packed securely and the assembly was a snap (PnP). And it looked GREAT! But I did have a glitch in the display that I could not figure out. I was seeing torn, jagged lines on the monitor.
It turns out that the system was just fine: I had an old HDMI cable that couldn't handle the throughput from the GPU to the monitor. The QT Team walked me thru the debugging process in a way that - again - made me feel comfortable with the settling in process.
Their response to my concerns was timely, polite and professional - and I never felt at any time that I would be left abandoned with a bad machine.
The service was top notch - and everything got done just in time for Christmas, an added bonus.
So, I felt a glowing review was in order here, because the QT Team worked for it.
Finally - the system I received was awesome. I might be pushing 70 but I still love mowing them down in Call of Duty. Carnage never looked so good!
All this, and they are a Canadian company too!
