I had always built my own PCs but my 1070build from 2016 was not cutting it in 2024.

I have never purchased a pre-build before. I had always built my own PC's.

I was shopping during Black Friday and trying to find the right deal. However, I had a few questions and within minutes I was chatting with Kevin via chat log. All my questions were answered and I learned so much about what has changed in computer parts since my last build in 2016.

NO OTHER SITE WAS ABLE TO CONNECT ME WITH A HUMAN AND ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. Kevin, you made the human difference are the reason I purchased my PC and future PC's from Quoted Tech.

I purchased the Frontier Custom with 7800x3d and 4070 super.

If you are thinking of getting a pre-built computer. This is the place to go. Great value, great service, extremely fast build and delivery.

I almost never write reviews cause I'm a lazy gamer but this experience was so fantastic. YOU NEED TO KNOW!

I recently moved away from home for work. I used my old gaming rig to play and catch up with my brother and friends however it ended up being more frustrating then anything else. Finally pulled the trigger on a machine from Quoted Tech. I had called and researched a lot of other companies from US and Canada but the people from quoted tech were the best at answering my questions clearly and without "salesman" bs. The setup is simple and fast, the system I got performs great (E.F.T. at steady 100fps, with high settings). It made gaming with friends and family fun again, almost makes me forget I'm far away.

Recently purchased the Frontier Ultra PC. Build quality is excellent as was the customer service! They respond quickly, and are happy to help guide you through the process. Highly recommended and would do business with them again!

I was searching for a new gaming computer and found the Quoted Tech website. Being Canadian, it was important for me to at least buy Canadian if not locally.

I was pleased to see that they offer a wide range of prebuilt PCs as well as custom builds which is what I was looking for. Before considering the company for my next PC, I decided to chat a bit through the chat assistant. In seconds, I was in contact with a real human as opposed to a chatbot. I received very good answers to my questions as well as advice regarding the shipping, warranty, return policy and applicable discount which convinced me to continue my PC building shopping with Quoted Tech.

So I started to build my PC with the help of the dedicated page which takes a step by step approach showing you all the options for a specific part with very detailed information. There is a nice selection for custom build, but nothing overwhelming either so even someone without computer knowledge can put something together that will be later verified by the building team for compatibility. I was pleased to see that you can easily save your build for future reference and modification.

With my build specifications in hand, I decided to call a sales representative to see if they could give me technical advice on the build I put together. I had a 20 minutes conversation in which we reviewed all the PC parts and I was also given additional advice.

With the final version of my build in hand, I decided to do some price comparisons and I found out that parts for parts, the price is very adequate. The only other fee worth mentioning is the mandatory flat rate for assembly which is totally worth it in my opinion considering the care that is put in the final product. I also found out that the warranty on parts and labor was even better than what my local shop could offer. In the end I did purchase the PC and added a special request in the order. The PC arrived on time and Quoted Tech did fulfill the request.

The PC was shipped in the original box of the case which was sturdy and contained sufficient foam to prevent any damage. There was also a foam in the case itself to prevent any part from moving around during transport. My computer arrived in pristine condition, all the parts ordered were there and the cable management was done by someone who actually cares about computers. I was also able to confirm that all the latest drivers and Windows updates were installed making it a true plug and play.

I received my computer over a month ago and everything runs smoothly ever since. It is the best gaming computer I ever bought and the best customer service I ever had while purchasing one. All members of the Quoted Tech team I interacted with were not just good at helping me, they were passionate about it.

I had a ps5 and a pc with a good old 970 GTX a friend gave me. I needed an upgrade badly and I wanted to treat myself with something good.

I’ve been learning some things about computers since last year , just to make sure I knew what I will get. Quoted tech built my custom pc pretty fast , with the parts I wanted and made it look amazing !

Cables management couldn’t be better. The package was also safely wraped inside the box. Never had any problems with my new pc and I’m really happy with the service they provided !

It was easy to build the computer I wanted. I was a little surprised how big the case was for how little I put in it! I’m super happy with my computer tho.

I wished when they shipped it they told me a bit more about all the extra parts? They included a manual with spare parts which made me think I had to set up the extra parts and it took me like an hour before I figured out I was just supposed to plug in the cords, antennas and go 😂.

The whole process was simple and easy to do.

Computer works great, I’ve had no issues with it in the last 1-2 months of owning it.

Recently purchased a brand new PC from Quoted Tech and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. They followed up with me to answer any questions I had and put together what I ordered very well. The PC came neatly packaged, no damage at all, and all base software properly installed. I even stress tested the system on receipt of the PC and it passed all tests with flying colors. The PC looks great and runs great! Couldn’t recommend them more.

I bought a custom 6k CAD computer and this is my experience
Pre-purchase: the team made sure my tailored choices were optimal, not over selling "gadgets" but giving the right build. They also assured me of specific updates are always applied regarding bios and other hardware

Purchase: operation was smooth and tracker was easy to follow. Team more responsive than my landlord in payment day....

Delivery: package was securely packed, instructions clear even for a dumb first PC user. Warranties explained too. Stress testing details accurate.

Post Purchase: Always following up if I was happy with the product and services and giving me top notch hacks.

Excellent customer service, amazing shipping policy even to very remote areas. Usually I would build my own but with the cost to ship to my area I went with quoted tech and there free shipping instead of ordering parts and it was a lifesaver.

Had the PC 2.5 weeks after ordering and they shipped it after 5 days.

Quoted tech makes putting a custom P.C together easy. There are lots of options but everything is automatically checked for compatibility. Website is very user friendly.

With a back to school sale that was on, I found quoted tech prices were pretty similar to what I would have paid just to source all the parts. With quoted techs warranty at that point it seemed like a no brainer.

Their customer service is excellent, shipping was fast and it's nice to support local business. Would recommend.

The build quality is great and the customer service is top notch.
I had some trouble with the delivery company but the technician did a complete follow up and made sure i get it with the shortest delay possible.

The guys did a great job, the kind of job where you can't fault the quality. I had to wait about 2 weeks, but it was worth it! They are professionals at what they do, which is so few in Canada these days!
