Great Experience
I had specific questions about their infusion product that I purchased a long long time ago. I was asking their advice on certain things and it said they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours and it was less than 24 hours that they got back in touch, answered all my questions and I am so looking forward to using the product.

Although I haven't had the chance to use the skincare product yet due to having Sculptra sessions, I wanted to share my experience with the customer service team. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. It's refreshing to receive such attentive and professional support. Unexpected Return
After I made my purchase I found out I was going to have all my teeth pulled because of a gum disease. I needed to return the micro infusion set and they were very helpful. I was pleased with their customer service.

Ordered 12 (6 for fine lines and 6 for dark spots) #QS5630486. I waited a month till my skin was optimal to do the first one and now neither me nor my husband can loosen the lid to take it off so I can expose the needles to use the serums. Have now tried several lids. Have tried to go on their chat. No one there. I’m sure the product is great but I can’t use it and have wasted several vials and needle lids in an attempt to do so. Have also used the Dermaspray by this point!

Broke after 18 months / terrible customer service
Read Reddit forums before you consider this mask. Mine broke at 18 months on the dot - exact same story as just about everyone else. Not worth spending that much money on something that breaks so so fast. Customer service was terrible.
Edited to add: They reached out to me and have sent me a new mask which I appreciate.

Fabulous products and incredible customer service. I love the micro infusion device and serum and the LED mask is amazing. I’ve got both the Dr Dennis Gross one and the MZ Skin 2.0 version and this feels more comfortable to wear. I’m excited to see the long term effects. Really impressed by the whole brand so far ❤️

Customer Service came through
I had been using my Qure red light mask for about 14 months when it completely stopped working and would not charge. I had truly liked how it was helping my skin and had recommended it to several family and friends. My initial outreach to customer service was met with stonewalling and 'sorry, we have a 12-month warranty policy'. I pressed my case, suggesting it was unacceptable for such an expensive device to have such a short life span (I had noticed many other similar experiences on a Reddit search). After several emails, a new customer service rep - Rachel - got involved and was wonderful in her efforts to help. In the end, she was able to get me a replacement, for which I am very happy and grateful.

I had a really tricky situation to deal with but Qure team absolutely amazing, helped me solve the problem promptly and efficiently. I couldn’t ask for more! Outstanding customer service and great product
Actually what made this experience great is the customer service when there was a problem with my delivery due to an incorrect address on my package. They were very responsive and worked with me in a timely fashion to repair the error and get me my product. They were kind, respectful and friendly.
As far as the product goes, I haven't used it that long but so far after a few weeks I believe my skin is brighter, smoother and more vibrant. So far, I love this company for many reasons.

I have purchased FADE & FIRM BANDLE and added 1-3 business days for shipping on May 24, 2026. I have never received it up until now June 3, 2026.
Contacted customer service for the status of my orders several times and replied to me with delays shipping due stocks. I have been patiently waiting for my products to arrive since this isn’t cheap as well. Up until now I have not receive any updates regarding the tracking number and the actual date of delivery. Can this be taking care of ASAP!!! or refund!
