I was little nervous about ordering from Quzo UK as the price for the Bose S1 Pro+ Wireless PA System was much cheaper then any company I found on Google but I ordered it anyway and I was not disappointed.
The delivery was super quick and I'd highly recommended buying from them as I did not have any issues.

I use idealo for price matching and for PC components I often saw Quzo coming out on top and I prefer PayPal payment which they offer.

After reading the reviews on trustpilot I decided to take a chance and ordered my LG G3 TV from Quzo as the TV was atleast £200 cheaper than anywhere else. I'm very glad I did as the transaction was easy and my TV was delivered next day as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ordering from Quzo, fantastic service.

I purchased a mouse from Quzo. After just over a year it developed a fault. It had a 3-year warranty and Quzo directed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer was helpful and tried to fix the fault but eventually said that Quzo were required to replace the faulty mouse under the warranty. I asked Quzo to do this but they refused - they offered a discount voucher towards the purchase of a replacement instead. Their excuse was that the mouse was now more expensive. However, the manufacturer would have been reimbursing them so they would not have been out of pocket. The manufacturer also contacted Quzo and asked them to replace the mouse - they still refused. This was in breach of the sale of goods act and disgraceful customer service. I shall never purchase anything from them again and I would advise you to look elsewhere too.

You have a poor memory Richard. The manufacturer instructed you to supply me with the replacement model. You refused. The manufacturer was going to fund the transaction so it would not have cost you a penny. It's not my fault that you charge so much more for the replacement model than you did for the original. Under the warranty, you were responsible for repairing or replacing the faulty mouse for three years (not 18 months) and the manufacturer told you to replace it with the new model. Your suggestion that I should have to pay more money because you chose not to repair or replace the mouse within the life of the warranty was just daft. You have breached the sale of goods act by refusing to honour the warranty. Are those fake reviews? I do not believe that anybody who has asked you to honour a warranty could be a happy customer if you treat them the way you treated me.

I ordered a Creative Soundblaster soundcard through Amazon from Quzo. It was well packaged and arrived quickly (obviously UK stock). Ordered 22/7, delivered 26/7.

Reliable company, so please don't have any reservations about buying from them.

I was a little nervous about ordering from Quzo as they looked like they might be one of these 'here today, gone tomorrow' outfits with their main operations in China and a warehouse in the UK. However, the item I ordered (a smart TV) was delivered quickly and works perfectly. I ordered from Quzo as the particular make and model I wanted had been discontinued by Argos, but as a result I got it for a lower price than I would have with Argos.
