ORDERED HAIR 3wks ago

First off my order number is #00000263282. I ordered the hair March 5th which was $300 based on the reviews I see this is something that always happens. My birthday was March 21st which I thought I was ordering in enough time to get my birthday hairstyle done but that did not happen , I pushed my birthday plans back due to this. When I called “GOFO” their carrier stated they have NOT received the package yet!!! I’m overly irritated. I’ve also reached out via WhatsApp but no response. I either want a full refund or a tracking number with reassurance that my hair is coming.

If this is the order, your tracking number is HC0002295746RD, when the package arrived in your local area, it would be transferred into HC0002295746RD via GOFO to deliver, the logistics shows the packager has been delivered Mar, 29, hope you will enjoy the hair.

Regarding the problems mentioned, first, there are indeed some hair needs time to be customized before shipment, we are sorry that the hair has not been shipped out earlier; second, becasue when the package arrived in your local area, it would be transferred to GOFO to deliver. You contacted GOFO before, but they said they hadn't received the package, it is because it hadn't arrived in your area yet. However, the package has actually been in transit; third, we are sorry that we may not be able to reply to WhatsApp messages timely due to weekends and time difference.

Won't respond to BBB complaints.

The web page is incorrect. I canceled my order before the product was shipped. The company apologized for the shipment delay due to a holiday, but would ship as soon as they finished celebrating. They also said I couldn't cancel my order because the product had shipped. My financial institution has received multiple complaints and didn't question my request for a refund. Fedral Govenment needs to stop this company from operating in the United States. Fed Ex needs to stop the company from using Fed Ex shippers while using some bootleg courier dor shipping. Expect a 6 week delivery time although they advertise 48 hour shipping.

I got the Burmese curly ombré hair and…

I got the Burmese curly ombré hair and I was obsessed I ended up coloring it red as well and the color took well and the curls stayed poppin!!Also whenever I had a question they were which with responding back I will definitely be purchasing again soon!

I purchased some hair for a nice…

I purchased some hair for a nice crochet style, then inadvertently order again x2 and had to reach out to get a refund. The first hair I am still wearing well over a month, very low maintenance. All I do is moisturize and go. Reached out to the team, requesting a refund for the extra 2 accidental orders, and the process was seamless via email. I did not have to argue or make a fuss. Will be ordering again the quality is great.

Burmese curly human hair #P4/27

I ordered the Burmese curly human crochet hair in the color #P4/27 on February 19 today is March 19 so that makes one month on no delivery. I reached out about my order exactly one week after purchasing on February 27th to inquire about an estimated delivery or at least when there was an estimated time the hair would be shipped out. The answer was very vague and didn’t really answer my question they just said along the lines that there’s a lot of orders and because of that this hair is going to take some time. since then I’ve heard no updates about my order. Granted I can totally understand that it’s in high demand, but if hair is going to take this long and it’s advertised on the website fast shipping etc. I think that they should emphasize before purchasing the hair that there’s a delay with the specific hair I ordered or just say it’s sold out on the website overall. The only reason it’s two stars is because they did offer a different pattern of hair, but because this specific hair color was advertised on social media I politely declined because I was/am looking forward to doing miracle knots in this color and hair pattern.

My experience with QVR...

My experience with QVR started a little rocky but they actively worked with me in straighting out the issue. The email responses were timely and interactions were polite and professional. The quality of the hair is feels good. I haven't installed it yet ..lol.

The quality of hair was excellent but needed a longer length which was 60.00 more returned for refund found cheaper I had free shipping and handling was returned within time frame of 30 days I was told they would be keeping 12.98 for shipping & handling how is that when I had free shipping & handling??? Plus paid to print out return label and to send back BEWEAR BE MINDFUL!!! complaint made with BBB

Not as Advertised - Buyer Beware

Buyers should be cautious when purchasing from QVR.

I ordered hair from this company and unfortunately the quality did not match what was advertised. After minimal use, the texture and condition of the hair became very poor. I contacted the company to request a return or refund.

Initially, QVR refused to accept a return because the hair had been used. Later, they stated that the only way to return the product was to ship it to China at my own expense. The cheapest shipping option I found from the U.S. was over $300, which was more than the cost of the product itself. They also attempted to resolve the issue by offering partial refunds of 15–30%, which I declined because the product was not as described.

Because the seller would not provide a reasonable return option, I escalated the dispute through PayPal. After reviewing the communication and documentation, PayPal ruled in my favor and issued a full refund.

Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that buyers carefully review this company’s return policy and consider the potential difficulty of resolving issues if the product does not meet expectations.

Never received the item

Never even put the hair in yet because I was waiting for one more pack. They gave me a tracking number to an item that the carrier never received so after a week the carrier canceled the label and told me to contact seller. The seller qvr has been lying about shipping my item and put it off on the carrier when they never received the item to ship

Will review after install

I ordered the hair Feb 12 and received it on March 1st so that was a strike out for me. Yes I did contact and tracked my order. No I have not installed the hair yet but I plan on it today due to the order coming just in time for the event that I got it for. I wanted to put color in it but now I’m unsure with the reviews I just read. I usually don’t go by someone else’s opinions I use to see for myself. So I will come back with a review of my install( I do them myself). 🙏🏽
