Place my order on February 18th and have not received anything yet and there is no shipping information available. Just like others have said, I just received a vague excuse and no shipping updates at all. This is very disappointing and qvr is going to lose a lot of money behind this lack of customer service and the lack of truthfulness regarding the estimation for delivery. If the company is out of certain hair then they should indicate that on their website so people are aware that they will not receive their shipment in 3-5 business days. My order number is 00 00 0-257-518

I am so very disappointed that I had to search the Internet to be able to find Anne or leave a review on how terrible this company is. I ordered here on 25 February when I reached out to find out why I hadn’t received any shipping information or how long it would take for the hair to be shipped. I did not get a response. It was very vague and something to the effect of we understand any frustrations we will expedite your order when we can because it was saying that my hair wouldn’t be sent out until 8 March but I’m gonna receive it by 11 March and I would not have ordered this hair if it was not going to be here by 11 March as promised now that I’m reading all of the reviews I see that I probably will not get this hair on time and I can’t go somewhere else because I probably won’t get here from anywhere else on time either very very disappointed in this company. My daughter‘s birthday is coming up and she needs this hair for that.

I feel that 1 star is too much for this company! It's taking a while for my order to ship so I sent them a message many times to cancel my order. Instead of canceling it, they keep giving me excuses and telling me to be patient and to wait on the wig! I don't want it anymore and would like my money back. I will contact the Better Business Bureau on them! If I say I want my money back then it shouldn't be a problem especially since the order hasn't been shipped. I will never order from this company ever again.

My bundles were delivered on time as described. The bundles came actually two days before. I can’t wait to my installation date. The hair is so soft and beautiful.

The hair is good. It does tangle at times. The shipping took forever. I was quoted 3 to 5 business days, and it took all of three weeks. If you don't mind waiting, it's worth the wait.
Significant order delays
Ive ordered from QVR once before and had no issues but unfortunately this time had a bad experience so I wont be ordering from them again due to the uncertainty. Its been over 2 weeks since my order was placed and it still has not been shipped. I contacted customer service and they advised they have a temporary out of stock, yet the hair on the website does not indicate out of stock, had this been known beforehand I could have saved the trouble and not ordered. They also did not communicate that there would be any delays, which is very unprofessional. If I hadn't contacted support myself I wouldn't even know what was going on. They could not provide an update as to when my order would be completed and just said "can you give us more time". So im here STILL waiting which is very frustrating as there are not updates or communications and I had to cancel my hair appointment due to this and my stylist books out months in advance. This has been horrible and could have been prevented and handled better. Dont recommended doing business with unprofessional vendors.

Poor Communication; Significant Delays
I ordered 5 packs of human crochet hair on January 9th. I expected the hair to ship with 3-5 business days. After waiting for significantly longer time I reached out to QVR via email. They responded with a vague email stating that hair is handmade and that they delayed shipping my order. I had to reach out to get this information. Their customer service is awful, why not reach out to me and explain shipping delay, since they promise 3-5 business days on their website? Despite that, I made an effort to be even more patient. I asked for an estimated shipping time. I received another vague response. After a few business days I followed up with another request for a shipment timeframe and have since been ignored!! After waiting for almost 6 weeks, I decided to request a full refund of all $322 and have not received a response. They do not stick their commitment to respond to customer emails within 24 hours. I give the benefit of the doubt and wait 2-3 days and still nothing! I also tried the number provided via WhatsApp and I got an another vague response unrelated to my delayed order. I will not be ordering from QVR again. Their customer service is terrible!!! They do not communicate with enough detail. They significantly delay communication. They do not keep the timeline commitments that they state on their website for communication or shipping time. They received $322 from me, I’ve received nothing but excuses!!

Just had Kinky straight hair delivered, the colour is not dark brown of mid brown it is a horrible reddish hair a mix or red and orange strands very ugly this hair is $209
For braiding hair, so disappointed. I sent multiple emails and zero response terrible product and awful customer service. I wish I had seen all the bad review prior to ordering because all the beautiful pictures on instagram clearly does reflect the true quality of the products they send out to customers. The hair shaft is very straggly so it’s clear the hair won’t last and no one is responding to my wish to return the hair so this is an expensive lost. I took my old install out so had I to pay for the appointment slot and just leave my own hair out until I get replacement from a reputable UK company. I will never order from QRV again very expensive mistake they are less than one star!!!!

My order (#00000240210, total value $250) was delivered to the WRONG house over a month ago (January). I have proven with pictures that the carrier's "Proof of Delivery" is not my address.
Despite this clear error, QVR Hair has wasted my time with a non-existent "investigation" since January 12th, showing no urgency and suggesting I should "check my neighbors" with a mobility issue.
After weeks of back-and-forth, their final offer for a completely lost, non-received product was a measly 25% refund. They are refusing to send the hair I paid for or issue a full refund, essentially stealing $250 from me.
I have an upcoming installation appointment I will now miss, costing me an additional $50 deposit.
QVR Hair will NOT take responsibility for their logistics failures. If you value your money and time, shop elsewhere. This is unacceptable.

Doesn’t live up to expectations
The hair came quickly and I was happy about that. However, when I took it out of the package to stretch a lot of it tangled. I also found some plastic pieces of hair which leads me to believe this is synthetic hair. I feel like it was overpriced.

I’ve ordered from QVR before without issues, but my most recent order experienced a significant shipping delay beyond the stated 3–5 business days. The delay caused me to lose a client appointment. When I contacted QVR, the only response I received was a tracking number — no apology, explanation, or resolution was offered.
