I strongly advise anyone considering Quotex to think twice before depositing funds.

My experience has been extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the platform’s transparency and fairness.

I deposited $500 and received a $300 bonus. After trading independently and in good faith, I was able to grow my balance to approximately $1900. My account was fully verified before I submitted a withdrawal request of $1600.

At this point, things took an unexpected turn.

The withdrawal request remained pending and was then suddenly canceled without any clear explanation. Shortly after, my account balance was reduced, and my account was permanently blocked.

Later, I attempted another withdrawal from the remaining balance (around $425), but only $13 was processed.

The platform later accused me of “bonus abuse” and “hedging,” yet no evidence has been provided despite multiple requests. If there were genuine violations, why was trading allowed, profits accumulated, and account verification approved?

Blocking users only at the withdrawal stage creates the impression that profits are not meant to be paid out.

Even more concerning is the complete lack of response from their support team despite repeated follow-ups over several days.

I am now pursuing this matter through formal dispute channels and will continue to escalate it publicly if necessary.

If you value transparency and the safety of your funds, you may want to reconsider using this platform.

On a regular client of 1to1 LLC they helped me to make profit with decent trades and lowest brokerage.They teach me ideas in market . But Quotex is a fraud company they simply scammed me by took my initial deposit and profits. My account got frozen .they did not respond to my mails and calls totally disappointed.

I made a deposit to my Quotex account which was successfully processed from my side via JazzCash, but the funds have still not been credited to my trading balance.

It has now been several days, and all I receive from support are generic responses like “your request is in queue” or “waiting for financial provider.” No clear timeline, no accountability.

This is not acceptable for a financial platform handling real money. Once a payment is completed, users should not have to chase their own funds for days without proper updates.

I understand delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and urgency from support is concerning.

If this issue is resolved promptly, I will update this review. Until then, I advise others to be cautious when depositing funds.

On 22 Oct 2025, they ILLEGALLY added a 100% bonus to my $52.93 WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Now they refuse withdrawal and demand $211.72 turnover on a bonus I NEVER accepted.

I am using this platform from 8 to 10 months deposit and withdrawal is very easy

Account Closed – 402 USDT Not Returned

I deposited 402 USDT and traded normally. My balance reached around $905, and I requested a withdrawal.

During the processing, my account was suddenly closed.

After contacting support, I received a final response stating their decision is “terminal” and will not be reconsidered. They also told me not to contact them again.

This means my account is gone and even my original deposit (402 USDT) has not been returned.

If any rule was violated unknowingly (possibly related to bonus), I accept that profits may be restricted. However, not returning a user’s deposited funds is unfair.

I am only requesting my original deposit back — not any profit.

I am still open to a fair resolution if Quotex returns my deposit.

I deposited 50 USDT via BEP20 to Quotex.
The transaction is fully confirmed on blockchain, but it is not credited to my account and shows FAILED.
I contacted support multiple times but received no proper response. My support ticket was even closed without resolving the issue.
This is very unprofessional behavior.

I had deposited 500 USDT and did trading.

After that I had withdrawn 499 USDT on 13th April 2026.

Today is 17th April 2026,

Quotex has deleted my account .

I am informing all the trader that, when we do profit more than the deposited amount, Quotex simply find some nonsense reason and delete the account of a trader with money.

I want Quotex to please return my 500 USDT which I had deposited in Quotex trade platform

I am writing this to warn others about Quotex. This platform is completely unreliable and behaves like an unregulated scam. Withdrawals are delayed or rejected without any proper reason, and customer support does not provide any real help.
The charts move suspiciously during trades, and it feels like the platform manipulates results to make users lose money.
Many people in India are facing the same issue, and there is no proper regulatory authority to protect us.
I strongly advise others not to deposit money on Quotex. It is unsafe, untrustworthy, and should be avoided.
