Title: Quotex Withheld My $104 After Profit – Unfair Account Ban

I have been a Quotex user for more than 2 years, and this is my worst experience with the platform.

Recently, I deposited $59 and received a 70% bonus offered by Quotex. I used the full balance to place a trade, and after making a profit, I requested a withdrawal.

Immediately after submitting my withdrawal request, my account was suspended without any proper warning.

Later, I only received $50.15 as a refund, but the remaining $104 has not been paid.

Quotex claims that I violated their bonus rules, but this is completely incorrect. I did not use any unfair method, multiple accounts, or manipulation. I simply used the platform normally as any user would.

This feels extremely unfair and disappointing, especially as a long-term user who trusted their service.

I am not asking for any bonus — I am only requesting my legitimate balance of $104.

If this issue is not resolved, I will continue to share my experience publicly across multiple platforms.

I still hope Quotex will take responsibility and resolve this issue fairly.

​Details of the Dispute:

​Verified Trading History: I have been a consistent trader on this platform. My previous withdrawal of $2300 was successfully approved and processed only after I completed a rigorous video verification requested by the Quotex team. This confirms that my identity and trading methods were already audited and accepted by the company.
​Manual Trading Evidence: I strictly perform manual trading based on my own technical analysis. I have never used automated bots, third-party signals, or any prohibited software. To prove this, I have recorded full video evidence of my trading sessions, showing my analysis and trade executions.
​The Current Issue: After depositing $720 and making a profit of $1555, I requested a withdrawal. Immediately after this, my account was suspended for "violating company rules" without any specific explanation.
I request the IFMRRC to investigate this matter. Quotex is withholding my earned profits despite my willingness to provide full video proof of my manual trading. I seek the reactivation of my account or the immediate release of my $1555 withdrawal.

I requested a withdrawal of $12 via Vodafone Cash on March 27.

Quotex confirmed that the transfer was completed successfully. However, Vodafone Cash officially confirmed that no transaction was received, and I have an account statement to prove that.

I also made a deposit of $100, and the amount has not been credited to my account until الآن.

I have asked Quotex multiple times to provide a transaction ID or any valid proof of the transfer, but they have failed to provide any clear evidence and continue to ask me to contact the bank instead of taking responsibility.

This clearly demonstrates a lack of transparency and credibility. I am still waiting to receive my funds, and this situation is extremely concerning.

I strongly advise everyone to be very cautious when dealing with this platform. If the issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.

I registered an account on the fraudulent Quotex platform and funded my account with $15 via the Etisalat Cash e-wallet. I sent the money to a platform-affiliated intermediary in Egypt, but the funds were not credited to my account. I contacted platform support after more than eight business days, and they requested a video demonstrating the process. ​I am writing this to warn all traders about Quotex (qxbroker.com). I have faced a clear case of systematic fraud where the platform manually changed my trade directions to force a loss.
​On 17/03/2026, I placed 8 DOWN trades on the AUD/NZD (OTC) pair. I have original screenshots showing my entries with RED (DOWN) indicators. The market moved significantly in my favor, dropping by over 78 points from my entry. However, after the trade closed, the platform manipulated my trade history and turned my DOWN trades into UP trades (Green indicators), resulting in a total loss of my investment.

I always used the platform normally for trading and I had a total balance of approximately R$1,374, including around R$500 of my own deposit and the rest from trading profits.

I have already contacted support and I am waiting for a fair review of my case. I have evidence that I did not commit any irregularities and I always tried to follow the platform’s rules.

My affiliate dashboard reflected accrued commissions totaling approximately $24,340. My account was active and operational until it was placed under review. I was informed via Telegram that the account would be reactivated after a monitoring period and that withdrawals would be available.

Instead of reactivation, I later received a general allegation claiming that a client had registered multiple times. No client IDs, IP data, technical logs, or formal investigation report were provided.

Shortly afterward, my affiliate account was permanently closed and access was revoked. The entire commission balance of $24,340 was withheld.

I have formally requested:

• Written clarification of the alleged violation
• Technical evidence supporting the claim
• A detailed breakdown of any disputed commissions

To date, no substantiated documentation has been provided.

In an effort to resolve this matter privately and professionally, I offered to settle the dispute for approximately 60–70% of the total outstanding affiliate commissions (around $24,000 USD).

However, the company refused to proceed with any settlement unless I first deleted my Trustpilot review and other complaints.

I made it clear that I was willing to update or remove my review only after receiving the agreed payment, as this is standard practice to ensure fairness.

Following my refusal to delete the review before payment, I was blocked from further communication.

I remain open to resolving this issue amicably, but I cannot agree to remove documented complaints before any settlement is honored.
