The best customer service sales. They listen all your request and demands, make all in your hand to make you happy. The shipping international is fast. Have good prices . I bought in many online shops, but this is the best. The packing was very very good.

Ultra-rapid dispach (2 days to Italy)
Everything ok in good shape.
I would have only expected free dispach for a 474€ of goods ordered.
But still, the service is really good.

1° Pièces mal référencée chez eux je voulais un corps de roue libre 11 V VTT américan classic , ils m'ont envoyé un 9/10 v référencé chez eux 10/11v.
Apres le retour de la pièce j'ai envoyé un mail pour savoir où etait mon remboursement après trois jours je n'ais pas eu de réponse.
J'ai eu mon remboursement au bout de 10 jours

Actually I needed the freehub shimano 11v road for my wheel ALLMOUNTAIN 2014 but this freehub is not only for the road but also for the MTB
I think you had to change the title because for American classic there is no difference between road and Mtb. After 2014 you need the freehub 11v and before 2014 the one that I returned

Great webshop! Especially for me as a weight weenie: they weigh literally everything they sell and you can use the weight to sort your selection.
Customer service is good. They know their stuff.

I love the r2 site for it's range of products and excellent service. But I don't understand the method of transportation. In my opinion, orders over a certain amount should be free from extra fees. And why not use DHL to deliver the products towards the costumer in stead of the country's national postal service? Here in Belgium they are less reliable than other known delivery companies.

Do not meet the delivery deadlines , and some items not been well elucidated in the corresponding category , you have to be careful when selecting an item

I made my order on the 4/3 and it was delivered on the 17/3.

if you want it they have it or can get it! one of the best on line bike shop in the world I highly recommend them and Sven is one of the best people you will ever have the experience dealing with very professional!

have waiting over 14 days on my product. Have emailed them and unfortunately have no response back

Placed an order on Wednesday morning received it on the next Monday and that includes it lying over the weekend in my local depot ...none too shabby shipping from Germany to Scotland ...the pricing was great (no-one in the U.K came close ..plus it meant ordering from multiple outlets ) ...r2-bike is definitely your one stop shop ...will use again next time i need anything ...a big thumbs up

Nice shop with high end products in good prices. Very good contact with customer service.
