Too bad quality product and no customer service

I recently purchased lavender essential oil from Raasa Oils, and I’m quite disappointed with the overall quality.

The fragrance does not feel authentic—it lacks the fresh, calming aroma that genuine lavender oil is known for. Instead, it smells somewhat artificial and fades very quickly, which defeats the purpose of using it for relaxation or aromatherapy.

Additionally, the oil consistency feels off, and I’m not confident about its purity. After using it, I didn’t experience the usual soothing or stress-relief benefits that I typically get from good-quality lavender oil.

Considering the expectations from an essential oil supplier, this product did not meet the standard. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a true lavender essential oil experience

They are chill people

They are great , sweet people in general. There products are way above quality as per price point, at least 10 times better than the other online ones i found. Not really an expert so cant comment if pure. But they refunded me for 1 item out of the 5 within 2 days which was damaged so cant complain 😂
