Jorge stands behind his products!
I have GT3 button box and had a couple of LEDs go out. Jorge has a 1 year warranty and still honored it even though I was slightly out of the window. Shipping was pricey back to Mexico, and don't forget about tariffs, but the box works great again! Thanks so much!!

We want to clarify the timeline to ensure full transparency. As noted at the time of purchase, your item was on Pre-Order status with a scheduled shipping date of the last week of January. We are happy to confirm that we met this promise and dispatched your order exactly on schedule.
Additionally, regarding the delivery time: the shipping method selected for this order was the Standard Postal Service, which has an estimated transit time of roughly 4 weeks from the date of shipment.
Your package has already left Mexico and is currently in transit. We hope that once it arrives, you will agree the quality is worth the wait, and perhaps reconsider the rating to reflect that we fulfilled our pre-order shipping promise.

Had to Buy Elsewhere Due to Zero Response
I needed to purchase a few parts from your store for a client. I received the quote, and after my client confirmed the order, I tried reaching out to proceed with the payment. However, since then, I haven’t received any response—neither by email nor on Instagram.
Because of this lack of communication, I now have to purchase a different button box elsewhere and cover the additional cost myself.

Quick shipping of the product and constant tracking of where in the customs process it was. Quality is 6 stars out of 5! Looks great and is EASY to set up. Paired it with the JustPush! plug in for the stream deck and it makes everything seamless and easy. GRACIAS!!!

Good product, not so good aftersale service...
Asked seller a couple of questions regarding installation/product and he never answered. The product is great but the aftersale service is very poor. Im still waiting on some questions I asked the seller via email.

Fit and finish was excellent and works as expected. High quality construction including button, rotaries and toggles. Would highly recommend.
