Good Recovery
The first unit I received had two of the switches not registering inputs. While this is obviously not ideal I was very pleased with the customer service. The construction quality is on par with similarly priced products. I do think a standout feature is the ability to customized the light colors for the buttons, that’s a nice touch. Overall, I would not hesitate to order from Racebox again.

good price but...
Good product with a good price-performance ratio. Unfortunately high shipping and (depending on country) import costs.
The price is still good.
But you have to calculate that.
And of course it takes a long time.
Nevertheless: 4 stars from me.
Happy to have it.

Customer Service Is spot on
excellent customer service, the vocore screen on my fist box was D.O.A contacted Jorge and a replacement was In the mail immediately. The second GTE box came and It works flawlessly.

Great quality button box
Great quality button box. Buttons have a good feel and switches are tactile. The rotary encoders never miss a step. Racebox is a great addition to any sim rig!
